Why are you wasting the players time and energy with this BS.. they need to be playing and resting that's it.. they say they are tired and this sort of stuff certainly doesn't help.. when they can perform and not look like they are shattered then maybe do a few of this stuff again but they are there to play football and win.. that's it. Drop this stuff straight away when they need more time on other more important things obviously

best advice i was given as a youth was when the manager said when i get the ball in the final third of the pitch, do what you want. Gave me so much confidence as a striker. People say i was a Mcmanaman/Waddle type of player.
