I remember back then when I played this game as a kid I was blown away by the badass music and that select screen probably the greatest fighting game of all time lol
It's not a tool assisted run, in order to beat MK2, UMK3, MK4 and MKT on the hardest setting and tower, you basically have to know the AI and what they will do, like with Goro in MK1, you have to keep doing a specific move and spam that, same with Kintaro, Motaro , Shao Khan and Shinnok.
Dude this is 3 years old but this is clearly TAS, no human being has this reaction time. He plays like the AI because literally every input is perfect.

Also, in the multi-ground stages in endurances or 2 on 2 kombat, uppercutting the opponent does not take the player to the stage above, for example the Subway, the Bank, or Scorpion's Lair.
Those aren't really errors but just limitations of the ps1/saturn since it would have to load even more memory for those voices and I think it's the reason why all the ninjas share the same voice now rather than having unique voices for each one like in UMK3
I think it was just the devs missing assets. Sub Zero only appeared on UMK3 as a hidden character, so new animations weren’t made for him. They didn’t have a ninja-ripping-a-spine animation, so they opted for a black screen.

I've played MKT for 15 years religiously on all difficulties, and I've never seen the AI haplessly run into uppercuts and slams on very hard. Those are frame-perfect inputs. I'm sure Amy is a talented player, but watch more of her vids... It's quite obvious. It's irritating that she doesn't put it in the description that it's a tool-assisted run, because there legit content creators out there who do this stuff legitimately.
