In Australia houses are built using 2' or 60 cm and 4' or 120 cm structural design grids, with stumps under floor at 120 cm intervals. Concrete floors use 12' or 3.6576 m maximum spans. I believe the cost of building this house on a 24' grid or 7.3152 grid to outside wall centres making an outside dimension of approximately 7.62m would not cost significantly more. The benefits of an extra 60 cm would be enormous in improving the ease of use and sense of space. Even tough it is an extra 9 square metres , the builder is not cutting down lengths to fit a smaller room. I suggest doing a costing to see if I am right. The floor plan is brilliant. I would have the sink on the island bench and cooking against the wall for safety. There are swing up water spouts for sinks. An insert matching sink cover would work well. My lady demands a separate kitchen, maybe cheaper to get a new cook. Just joking.

Real estate in Australia has inflated way out of control, or should I say the value of the Australian dollar to buy properties has dropped over 30%. If you own property you beat inflation and win some. I think it's a Ponzi scheme. In Thailand modern houses are reinforced concreted foundations, then a slab with reinforced columns centred every 12' or 3.6 metres. walls infilled with concrete blocks, rendered and painted. Roofs are welded steel. trusses, beams and purlins, tiled or corrugated iron, with added ceilings. The electric wiring is stapled with insulated staples to the walls and run over (hiddenI in) the ceiling. Factory mass produced aluminium windows, welded steel security on windows and doors. The kitchen is a sink with cold running water. 1 or 2 wok burners on a stand or on the floor, and a gas regulator connected to bottled gas, and bring your own refrigerator. Some extra power points. Bathroom a water closet toilet with cistern or water dipper to flush, and a small hand spray to wash your bum, toilet paper to dry one's derriere a cold water only sink usually with mirror. a flexible hose to an instant electric water heater for a shower and a drain hole in the floor. Sometimes a concrete block wall divides the shower from the rest of the room. Wet rooms are common so we have to put flip-flops (thongs) on to go into the washroom. all floors are tiled and bathroom and some kitchen walls. cleaning is easy. Often the bedrooms are up stairs and the bathroom enclosed downstairs. the kitchen is open air down stairs with maybe a weather wall. It's like living in a carport. N built in furniture. У нас бывает снег, в некоторых частях страны даже 6-8 месяцев в году, нужно место для обуви и курток. Бывает слякоть. Отопление нужно даже в самых южных частях страны. Место для отопительной системы должно быть запланировано.

Привет, дождь выходит через канал между стеной и крышей. Что касается снега, я думаю, что мне нужно было бы улучшить крышу, дом не был спроектирован так, чтобы выдерживать снег, и я не думал, что видео дойдет до этой страны. большое спасибо за комментарий Ваше здоровье,
