They need to win that last game because it's theirs to take. Lexi is a champion regardless so it's only fitting that she wear the crown. But it wouldn't change how I think of her one bit. She's already a champ, even better, she's the best. I do hope she gets it though, there's nobody more deserving.
Sad to see this is Lexi's last season. She's been such a great Husker, kind of like Nicklin just gave her heart and soul to the team.
