My last dog passed away 12 years ago and we STILL think about her on her Birthday. My Dad even says every year “She would be ** years old today” (25 this year 😭).. Crazy to think that dogs are only in our lives for a short amount of time (in the grand scheme of things) but they stick in our hearts forever! 💕
Rach your vulnerability in this was so refreshing and beautiful - you should be so proud of yourself X would love to have more of these chats or videos about mental health n ways that you find help you when you're feeling anxious!
Soo few cases omg! You guys are so lucky! We have 8-9000 new cases/day in Hungary (really small country with ~9million people). I hope you guys don't get affected more! 3 day lockdowns are blessings! There's so many deaths and postcovid illnesses in my country. My dad is also past away a week ago. It's so hard...😔 so please be safe!🥺
Here in Germany we have been in a similar lockdown (where almost everything is closed) since the beginning of December.... and the cold & snowy/rainy weather doesn't really make it any better.... It's starting to really affect me. Hope you guys stay covid free over there
In the UK a couple of weeks ago was the anniversary of the first lockdown. I'm so happy that the Australian Gvmt have dealt with the situation better than us. We've had 3 lockdowns and they've shut down schools twice right at the last minute. On my birthday my ALevel exams were cancelled and they replaced them with exams but there are more and shorter and they are marked by teachers. Please pray for the UK Gvmt to get their act together and deal with this properly. I really want to be out of lockdown with barely any cases by the time I go to university in September.
i'm in exactly the same position and watching rachel's channel has really changed my opinion about how our country has sealed with it. the cancellation of our a levels has 100% been the worst part of it and the stress for uni ahhh.
Awe being in lockdown wouldn't be to bad after a couple days, but I could never imagine a week lock down I would definitely suffer anxiety, 💓🌟 💓 I feel like making lists everyday would be great, cleaning, decluttering, art and so on. I'm currently 26 weeks pregnant so I feel like I'm constantly in lock down taking life slow and trying to void public x Take care beautiful
I filled up the car for the very first time by myself not that long ago and It was very scary and I was really anxious. But I did it, I want to try my best to go to places on my own, so far the beach has been the easiest place to do that. Definitely going to have a beach day to recharge, since I been craving it. 💖💖 love the vlog
Lockdowns are the worst , but so needed . My sister had a baby last year at the start of the lockdown in Melbourne. We were only 2 hours away and we couldn’t go to help her . It was her first baby . So glad you are going well in lockdown. Any form of lockdown hurts your mental Health .
Love your vlogs especially your productivity + talking about how you film and edit and the process that things take todo :) hope your feeling abit better hun x
Hi Rachel!!! I discovered your channel like appx a week before I guess (while searching for ideas for my wedding) and am absolutely addicted to your vlogs. I just love everything abt your videos...and it just makes me happy watching ur vlogs. Also since i fractured my leg...am watching your vlogs one after the other now!😅 And also a big thank you for your book recommendations n u r ideas abt them... Happy birthday dear!!! (Belated😅)
Yum for the chocolate nests! I made some too with Rice Krispies, we call them Easter nests ☺️ - love how they taste so 'light' if that's the right word and you get to eat lots of chocolate without your mouth drying up you know, does that make sense? Haha. Have you read 'The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry?', I remember you talking about the Hustle/Hurry podcast with Jeff Bethke and this book is amazing and talked about lots of the stuff you talked about. - actually it may be by the other guy in the podcast's book :). Love from England, hope you have an amazing rest of your week 💕 x
I've read 'to hell with the hustle' which is by Jefferson Bethke! Which is one of the guys in the podcast but I haven't read the ruthless elimination of hurry - heard great things about it though!!! 💗
In England we use rice krispies or cornflakes - melt the chocolate then mix them in and then pop a mini egg on top and then pop it in the fridge. Never seen it with noodles before 😂
3 days lockdown that is so great :) Here in France we are entering our 3rd lockdown and it's for 4 weeks minimum... That sucks soooo much! I wish for a lockdown of 3 days ;)
Just a question, and not coming from a judgemental standpoint as I myself am not Catholic. But in Catholicism you’re not supposed to eat meat on Good Friday, yet it looked like you guys ate chicken. How do you guys decide which things to follow and which ones don’t mean as much to you, without feeling like you’re sinning? Any Catholics are welcome to answer this please as I’m curious
No you are not supposed to eat meat on Good Friday, only seafood is allowed. I am Catholic and believe in God and pray every night. I am baptised and have done my holy communion and confirmation as a child and my kids are baptised and my husband and I were married in a church. I do admit that I am not the perfect Catholic that some are. I rarely attend church, I don't read the bible, I have piercings and tattoos, I had my eldest son before I was married but I have only been with one man my whole life. I do try my hardest to be a good person, mother, wife, Catholic etc. I guess we are only human and we can only do the best we can. Anyone else feel the same??
Interesting to hear how Australia handles the lockdowns. Lately I really would like to travel to Australia and live there for a few months or so but before i can even really think about doing it the whole corona thing needs to be under control. I think I noticed since last year that I feel anxious a lot more often... maybe I should see someone because of it but I don't know...
I totally get what you mean about feeling claustrophobic in tights! I personally love Lululemon tights because you can barely feel them. Little exxxyyy $$$$ but worth it

I feel like it's ingrained in my brain now 🤣
It’s sooo great that you are showing your emotions!! I feel like a lot of ‘influencers’ don’t show their true emotions and it’s sooo important xx

Thank you for showing. a more personal side, it's really lovely to see !! xx

Do you have any tips for visiting different churches as an introvert feeling nervous but don't fit in at my current church
Maybe bring a friend along with you? It might make you more comfortable interacting with new people with an old face around
So excited for this weekly vlog 🤍
Hope you are ok 😊🥰 I recently lost my 14 year old dog Peanut and it was her birthday it March. It hit me really hard on her birthday too 🐾
sending my love to you too! 🥺🐶

Chocolate noodles sounds disgusting
They're good. They stay crunchy. It's not like you're putting chocolate on cooked soft noodles lol
Haha, it's with cereal not real noodles, the name is funny :). Yum yum!
@@emilyhooper9078 nah these are fried noodles. Chocolate crackles and honey joys are the cereal ones and are sooo good
