Chiari I malformation with large syrinx

Chiari malformations are an uncommon source of headaches and other neurological complaints that many not be diagnosed until adulthood. They are treatable with removal of bone from the base of the skull which gives room for the cerebellum and brainstem.

There is a disc protursion at C5/6 also and a lesser one at C6/7. Happy eye syndrome i suspect

Do you know if the syrinx would cause seizures like the focal or staring seizures..or the ones where your conscious but your body won’t move.. ??
