Thank you for this film. What a loss if this were to just die. In fact the ground has a business tenant. Sadly you show uas the roof and upper floors are unprotected and I see Glasgow City has tried a lot to find a buyer to stabilise and use the magnificent core. I wonder if the RSAMD/Conservatoire could be persuaded to use it as rehearsal/office or teaching space. This would fit with the original owners desire to see Glasgow artists use the upper floors (although most of the students now seem to be from elsewhere!). That the building to the rear reflects the core of the Lion Chambers is amazing to see. I hope it isn't lost although the city has just so many of these to try to save. Try a walk along the South bank of the Clyde at Broomielaw!

You never know Allen it may get to him. 🙂 Or maybe someone else or a group of people with an interest in saving such beautiful buildings for the City. 🤞 It is a shame. Hopefully the council will see it and make the building watertight again and board up the broken windows to stop the pigeons gaining entry.
