That the quran is a miracle is what is called today as the Standard Islamic Narrative (SIN) And we know today through the good works of Yasir Qadir and Shabir Ali that the standard narrative has holes in it and the quran is just like any other ancient text and more that it is a plagiarized work compiled from pre - islamic literature, Rabinic literature, agnostic literature, Syriac Christian myths and legends and Alexandrian legends.

The best way to boost memorising the Quran is to be able to learn how to read the Quran in Arabic even if we don’t speak or understand the Arabic. Reciting each letter of Quran gives us one good deed.

It is recommended to pray in Arabic because holy Quran was revealed in Arabic and if you translate it into another language , it might change some meaning. But beginners can pray in their own language until they memorize verses in arabic. It is very easy to memorize verses as Allah made it easy.
