As for us, I was hired as a 4th grade Teacher, then 1 year later, My Husband was hired as 1st Year Professor. A year later we invested in Real Estate so that is why in 2023, we are still Landlords, We own 7 houses, 6 we rent out & are paid for, the 7th one, = The Palace, we live in . I don't know if you ALL Would want to do the SAME !!
