💻 Wagtail is the easiest open-source Python CMS to use:
Install the demo and start building your first site in 10 minutes: github.com/wagtail/bakerydemo

      Easiest for you
      Not for anyone else.
Please ... let me remind you the reality - this is DEFINITELY NOT the easiest.
I know you don't believe me so CHECK FOR YOURSELF Mezzanine - after 1 minute zero-shot-install I have everything up and running.
With wagtail - 1 day and I still don't have even the first page - this is what you call easy? You have to see a doctor 😄😄😄

Even more - you have a lot of documentation while they have NONE and it is still easier to manage and work with Mezzanine !!!
You made me so upset as your project waste so much of my time and is really keeping the problem alive instead of solving it!
I wish you good luck, I will get back to you when you are version 10 ... maybe - if you are not archived until then.

@@HyperUpscale It is too bad that Mezzanine is not being maintained anymore. It was a great CMS that was easily customizable.

Glad to see that AI is not going to be part of Wagtail for the foreseeable future. SO many companies are trying to add AI for the sake of being able to say that they are using AI, usually without actually having a purpose for it.
I'd much prefer to see more time spent on using things like row-level security in PostgreSQL to aid in making content private properly, without additioanl hits to the database, a *much* more flexible image folder system wth many many more ways to limit access to it. IP blocking/firewalling of pages *and images*, etc etc.
