I have nord ce 3 , recently purchased on launch. Edge light dpesnt work. Screen doesnt turn off when on call. It keeps tapping various button, sensors do not work too. Can u assist?
As you must be aware bloatwares are already filled now a days with brand new phone so no wonder there can be unexpected behavior right from the day 1. Take absolutel backup of your phone and reset it asap 👍

Try resetting the device, these are after effects of some malwares in your mobile
