Awesome. I've already populated my class 121 ages ago, and I think it's about time I added lighting to it. Only because my class 121 has a decoder I'll wire up a standard LED strip to it as their much cheaper.
Nice one Bud. Will definitely be doing my coaches. I bought 2 second hand lit carriages at half price for £30 each, but bought several non lit at £7 each, so I think I can warrant spending £20 each on lighting, and it's still cheaper than new pre-lit ones at £60 or more each. Thanks for letting me know that these kits actually exist. p.s. I'll be painting my figures as with an 000 brush, magnifying glasses and patence it's not difficult. Cheers.
Another brilliant IC82 How to... Video InterCity82 .. Well done. I really enjoyed watching you add the Preiser Plastic Figures to a Bachmann Branch-Line MK1 InterCity First Class Coach. I am now looking forward to watching your next IC82 How to... Video.
Superb video Will, the German figures are expensive! Just to let you know, 'Tornado' is due out of Crewe on July 5th. Thought you'd maybe like to get a few shots. Cameron
I hope you haven't removed that one lady from the unlit compartment, the way it looks it looks like she is a ghostly figure in that compartment, reminds me of that song under your thumb :-)
I would still say HO are better for loco crew, at least if we're talking a steam loco, because the scale difference is just enough to give them a hard time seeing out the window if they're not on a 1,5mm base.
Those people in the last compartment might be enjoying the low light for snoozing off the booze they consumed in Bristol before getting home to Birmingham
Thank fully I only have one small rake so I'll be able to afford this. My other passenger stock is Bachmann DMUs so it's pretty pointless to do it with them.
A superb project mate! Looks very, very effect! Oh, dear. Glue on old lady's bums...
Good video. The figures make the coach more realistic.
Looks great. I love the back stories you have given all of them.
Thanks a lot for that night shift on the Preiser figures!
Great video well done. Looks great now you have populated the coach.

You should have done the scene from mr bean when he was trying to cover his ears from the laughing man
Looking very nice, can't wait for you to do more like it! Cheers, Jack
It looks great! RT

When you said lets call this lady Doris I said Doris at exactly the same time XD
When's the next your model railway village video coming out?

Even though the figures are smaller I still need to (painfully) cut their legs off to fit them in.
I'm doing this with an RMB a TSO and a BSK
Can we see the main layout please because we can see the progress
Good video Will :-) need to populate my coaches
How did you take the roof off the coach? Can you make a video for this?
I was just wondering of it would have been possible to file down the passenger compartments instead of cutting them?
hornby make painted people who are sat down for cheaper and they come with more people too +InterCity82
I use Rocket card glue for this.
