Baby steps to change your life for good
1-Meditation/ Free time as it is also a sunnah of Rasoolullah SAW(no gadget, no post about it)
~Slow down,don't rush
~self reflection (70% think about past, 30% about future) if you have sinned repent, ask for Allah's forgiveness
~Experience and feel silence
~Mindfulness about your Social behaviours, quality of food and sleep
2-Give yourself emotional permission to invest your time in which you are not interested BUT are meaningful. Do sth, from which you do not get dopamine, excitement, kick or thrill.
The more you seek the comfortable the more you become uncomfortable, the more you seek the uncomfortable the more you become comfortable
~Pray that He make me at peace with following things, and inculcate willingness for these, And then correct them CONSCIOUSLY
°State of mind, heart and body
°Temperament
°Standards of living (according to Islam)
°Way of thinking
°Approach towards life
°Attitude
3-Pray for wisdom and knowledge along with success and great career
