Nice “intro” review. I bought the XHDATA D-808 (based on the reviews here). Owned it for all of six days! Originally ordered the other (black) D-808 because it had the “improved” yellow display. I later realised that both versions now come with the soft yellow backlit display, so contacted the company in China and changed to the original one because both have the same display. Results (for me) are excellent, especially with the optional windup antenna. Delivery UK to UK was 2 days and came via Amazon (for a better price than Amazon). Keep reviews and updates coming. Simon
I returned the black one no rubber feet speaker grill looked extra cheap and the plastics looked cheaper antenna screw came with it not fully tightened and started to loosen not long after I tightened it and it seemed to have more noise especially on FM.
Nice to see both radios side by side, I personally like the PL-330 the most because it fits better in my pocket so I can take it with me on walks.
