PHUKET BUDGET HOTEL - 120 meters from Bangla Road | Patong's Summer Breeze makes me feel fine!

Looking for a budget-priced hotel next to Bangla Road at Patong Beach? Then take a look at this hotel!
While hotel prices in general on Phuket have gone through the roof, this hotel has stayed reasonably priced for a location that is just 120m from Bangla Road.
It was recommended to me by a subscriber after another video I made.My first thoughts were that it was dated and likely to be noisy due to its location. But did the great food and friendly staff change my mind? Watch to find out!

I stayed on a place called Hemmingway's on the same soi. It was a long time ago and was quiet, budget friendly, good rooms and the staff were nice. This was when the wife and myself stayed out late. I remember seeing the sun come up a couple of times. When we checked in I saw this large empty plot across the road. Thought nothing of it. Eight am every morning until five pm they were piling for a new hotel. Typical Thai, my missus slept through the lot.

Hahaha, thanks Toby! If only we could learn how to sleep like a Thai woman. Unfortunately, I'm a very light sleeper. But on this occasion my room was at the back so no disturbances. The soi is just a brilliant location if you do want to stay up all night. Those days are well behind me now!!

Another informative video. Phuket was not my cup of tea when i went there, but If I ever venture back it seems like a good budget option.

Thanks, David. Given how much the other hotels have increased their prices this seemed relatively good value. Phuket is not for everyone, but for someone wanting to be near bangla road, this could be ideal! And you'd like the food more than sine other places

Thanks, BB. My first impressions were fairly negative. I like my modern hotels! But I really warmed to the place. They actually seemed pleased you'd chosen to stay there. They score on price, location and food which are 3 great plusses!

No swimming-pool and a bit too outdated for me. Maybe you could check the Orchid Residence, next door, with a swimming-Pool on the roof.
