Every Coach my manz interviews is the Best (XXXXX) he's ever seen!!!! - I mean I guess if we are used to "NEW and IMPROVED" being labeled on things, I guess every RV is the best he's ever seen.
$22k for lithium batteries, wow. I just bought a used Class A for $18k. Has Onan Gen and 2 deep cycle batteries. Sure its 20 years old, but it runs great.
Yaa.... I did a Gulp as well when he mentioned the price of the lithium batts.
I have a Bay Star, my only complaint about Newmar is their kitchen layouts are so minimalist, I like to cook. I take to 2 small fold-able carts for extra counter space for entertaining with portable power stations and cook stations. All my research indicated Newmar has really good construction and reliability. I have looked at their high end coaches and the same issues for me are present.

I always enjoy your video tours of these coaches. We have a Newmar Dutch Star now which we love, but miss the mid-entry door we had in our previous coach, and the amount of room available when the slides are in for travel. Our Dutch Star has all the room in the world when opened up, but in travel mode it's tough to get around. Would love to see you add a "first glimpse" into the coaches you tour with the slides in and how "travel day" navigation to the fridge, bathrooms, etc. looks like.
As a full time RVer I am more interested in the “usability” of the systems that allow you to easily and efficiently operate the Class C. I didn’t see anything about the grey/black discharge, solar panels, leveling system, etc.

I could definitely live in that. I would like to buy something like this when I retire so I can live on the road, boondock, sightsee at all the national parks all over the US and not worry about how much vacation leave I have. Just go where, when, and however long I want.
Better do some homework Ms Shannon.. From what I've been reading many National parks don't accept RV's greater than 38 feet. And if they do they have very limited space.
Off season things begin to open up i heard. That's why I'm looking at 38' max. At 38 you have similar features but things are much tighter.

Quite a nice unit, but Newmar needs to offer a bunk over cab to increase the bed count. Hey Newmar... some of us RVer's us a bunk over cab for additional storage too!
This is one of my favorite Super C's. I toured one similiar to this & a Renegade last year. I would love to have Supreme Aire or Earth Roamer LTI! If $$ wasn't and object I would have both!

Been checking out all your videos...everything thing from your cute Grech, all the Class A's and am steering towards the Super C for wife. The Freightliner chassis in my opinion are excellent sturdy foundations. Safe travels to you sir.
Honestly, the first Super C I don’t just like, I absolutely love this model. This hits all the right points and options I’d want. 😉
I owned a Newmar fifth wheel , purchased new when they still built them, and loved it. And it was so well built and sturdy that I became a big fan of Newmar. The problem is, as I see it, I’m wondering if the quality is the same as it was when it was a private company. I don’t remember if it’s Thor or Winnebago that bought them but I don’t think that either of them build up to the old Newmar standard.

And now for something completely different 😮 it’s definitely different from anything I have thus far considered but I like it. It’s the ruggedness that attracts although it’s full of the similar comforts of a class one. The views from the front are spectacular and I’ve yet to see these anywhere else. Having a bed up there would be amazing.
No costs mentioned which means it’s expensive. Maybe I’m wrong but it’s wishful thinking!

Why is it whenever a fridge has an icemaker and a water dispenser no one ever hilights it. That's a big deal in any Rv at least in my neck of the woods???
This is the best way to live now because it getting to expensive to live anymore..live in there and you just have a payment to pay and cheapest way to live..No mortgage payments Utility payments I wish I had the money to buy one all you have is a payment on that truck and it beautiful.. it's the cheapest way to live you have no bills but you have a payment on the vehicle.. everybody's doing this anymore
I would option this with the additional lithium battery and order a fridge with no ice maker. I’ve had terrible luck with them failing. This is a ver nice super C.
Fresh Water Capacity 150 gals - Grey Water Capacity 60 gals - Black Water Capacity 40 gals. List Price is (MSRP): $802,029. I would prefer 70 gals on gray and 30 on black myself. Gray water tanks always fill much faster than Blacks do. That is unless they are draining some of the gray water into the black tanks as well.
Very nice! But, for a rig that big it should come standard with 120 gallon water tanks x 3.
I truly think many many,,,not all...but many very nice retirement snowbird places,,take Arizona...many of those places which accept Class A only when they have fifth wheel and park models allowed..as well as larger manufactured and these stucco manufactured homes...they are set up so they should allow Nice Class C's...so a Class C who has a luxury smaller or mega one is allowed...look at this..now some like that one in Florida that is just out of sight I understand but many plenty nice ones would not hurt one iota allowing these...and say 25 foot and up luxury C's.
Would you buy a one bedroom home for over $700,000? Of course not. I think it’s ridiculous that two bedrooms can’t be configured in it. People want privacy, luxury, and comfort and you just don’t get that by making people sleep on a pullout couch.
Yes, because that $700K, one bedroom home will be a $2M, one bedroom home in a few years. But, this motor home will never appreciate in value.

At first it looked like it was set up for an 8.9L engine which would suck for power. Glad to hear it's the DD13.
YIKES! 150 fresh water and only "60 & 40" gallons black and gray is going to be an expensive mess, as most states require by law that a biohazard response team decontaminates and cleans up the spill.
No freaking way would I buy this disaster waiting to happen.

I don't know why a premium class C body would be put on a Freightliner chassis. Why not a Peterbilt or Kenworth?

Andrew this is one the best super C and I would almost rather get that over the Newell there just two things and maybe three bigger fuel tank and fresh water and then I would love to see if they could add a wireless upgrade for phone signal and then I did not hear anything about solar power that they usually have on there Rv like Marc said you cover everything on one video but I really love this design and style of the coach it’s a beautiful paint job thank you for sharing this
There is only one Super C that compares to a Newell and the that is Showhauler. Newmar Class C compares to a Newmar Class A.

I'm not fond of the cabinetry. It's too dark. I like that there aren't an excessive number of TV's in it.

I own a Newmar and I wouldn't say it's the nicest Class C one the Market. Renegade Wouldn't say so either.
Showhauler would certainly not say Newmar was not the best Super C either 🤷♂️.
My first impression of this coach when you went inside was "boring" and very neutral. There was very little that stood out as interesting and Please, someone design a coach with a nice bathtub. There was absolutely no wow factor in this unit. The outside is beautiful but they dropped the ball on the interior Decor and design.

A true test of a good size would be to demonstrate bending to wash your feet. Most, not all showers are small. Very obvious in this video.

How are the slides operated ??????
Really great rig and thoughtful design, what I do not understand about most RVs and travel trailers is all of the goofy graphics on the outside. I would much rather have one that is solid white or some other color. The graphic art is offensively loud to many people and what is the point? Is it supposed to make the thing look like it goes faster than it does? I see this all the time at the race track and Concert tours that have RVs. If I bought this the first thing I do is take a heat gun and take all of the silly looking decals off of it. Wondering if the manufacturer has an option to get one without the graphics on it. Whoever decides on the colors and the design of these graphics either took too much acid… Or perhaps not enough.

Here's my problem with your videos... You'll spend the time to talk about details that don't need explained, like the seats. We can see they're two tone. But you'll skip right past features that need a least some explaining. For example, why didn't y'all even mention how many AHs those lithiums are. What's the standard set up we should expect? What size are the invertors?
I don't need those answers but I think you see my point. If your videos leave your viewers with more Qs than As, you're doing it worrying.

They could, but no need as they can’t keep up with Class A builds. To me Showhauler builds the equivalent in a true Super C on a Class 8. Similar company culture, custom builds, incredible customer service, etc.
@@bradaden7001 I agree, Showhauler along with the Renegade Ikon would be the more high-end Super C offerings. BUT, just imagine a Newell house complete with the Porsche design exterior on a Cascadia, sheesh! That would be amazing! Thanks for chiming in.
@@djstrick100 Would be cool for sure. For me the cool factor would be a 389 or W9 build, but with a Newell quality interior and lithiums from Volta. Literally the best of all things. Someone would have to act quick on the 389 though as that era is coming to an end. I think if Newell was in a more populated area they could expand their offerings for sure, but they have already tapped their market out for talent and then some. But from what I can gather Showhauler is pretty much the Newell of Super C’s in that you have unlimited customization along with near the same level of service.

It’s really nice, but over the past couple years has been a shift to bigger kitchens. As travellers have learnt to cook more on the road, they want more space and functionality from the kitchen.
Still needs a bull bar on the front of unit.

Why can't they figure another arrangement so you don't have to contort your body to get to the washer/ dryer. Also, in other RVs (and stick/ brick n mortar homes), the commode is positioned so it sticks out half way the length of the tub or shower. Seems odd.
