I was there 2 weeks ago. Had the place to myself. Oh, wait, there were only about 20,000 other tourists on a Saturday. Just my opinion, if you've got a couple hours to kill, Ostuni is okay. If you're pressed for time, I'd go to Polignano a Mare or Monopoli or Bari first.
