    INGREDIENTS⁠
    200g black sesame
    200g white sesame
    400g mochi rice flour
    400g sugar
    10g salt
    400ml water
    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. In a mixing bowl, add 200g mochi rice flour and 200ml water and knead until well combined. Repeat the above step once again and steam the two dough for 20 minutes.
    2. Add 200g sugar and 5g salt separately into black and white sesame, mix well.
    3. Add the sesames into the steamed mochi dough and mix until well combined.
    4. Roll the black and white sesame mochi dough into 30cm long cylinder shape separately. Then combine both by kneading together. After pushing out all the air, roll back into a long cylinder shape and rest overnight. Serve by cutting into pieces.
