Thank you. That's a great presentation and it certainly did the job - CONGRATULATIONS!
Thank you! The minute hand came loose and when I took it down to tighten, all parts came off above the hour hand. Your video enabled me to reattach them in the right sequence.
Oh my goodness... I have been dealing with this problem for several months because I was afraid of touching the nut and messing it up... after watching your very educational video, I have confidence enough to try it. THANK YOU!
That is so much easier than I imagined. Thanks.
Well-presented and your info was spot on. Thank you.

I have very old German cuckoo clock and after last cleaning it start changing mostly over night the way how make hours and half hour sound. In half hour cuckoo the hour and when shows hour cuckoo once for half hour. What is the problem and how to fix this? I love this clock and will appreciate any help.
This sounds like an older cuckoo clock with a count wheel. They generally have a door on the side of the clock that you can open and puss a lever to advance the cuckoo call on half an hour to get it to synchronise with the hour call again. If not, you have to advance the minute hand through the next two cuckoo positions. So if the minute hand is just before the hour, then you would move the hand past the hour position and also past the half hour position and stop to let the clock call. This will correct the clock from calling the hour call on the half hour and vice versa.
@ I did all of these, my clock has the door on both sides, when I push the wire on the right side is changing the count of calls to one hour higher which is not good either. It is changing the calls most of the time at night after I pull up the cones.
@@ursulaszyszka1328 if it isn't as simple as correcting the call to match the hour then you will have to take the clock to a clock maker for repair
@@ClockShopMontville Thank you so much for your reply. You are the only one who reply to me. I really appreciate.
Where can I get replacement antlers? My dad had this same clock but one of the antlers came up missing. Is it replacable?
Is it hard to "unstick" a cuckoo's weight that won't come down (for the dancing people at the top)? Thank You, Pat
Nice that will help thankyou
Excellent video. By the way, my cuckoo clock is striking TWICE when it reaches half hour. As you very well know, it should strike only ONCE for half hours. Do you know what is happening? Thanks
Hi Eduardo, it might be worth taking your clock in to a local clock maker for a service
Thanks
how do you adjust a clock that Cuckoo 14 times? Is it the way the chains are installed?
I have a Black Forest Cuckoo clock that I got this last Christmas, but it don’t Cuckoo and I don’t see anything on the sides turn on or off. So where or how do I turn on the cuckoo?
Check the inside of the clock to see if there are clips over your bellows. You can watch our video ua-cam.com/video/t0tNfGPpbSw/v-deo.html&lc=Ugzbx7nJtGlg6hx7Dy54AaABAg to see how to set up a mechanical cuckoo clock correctly.
Can you lay the cookoo clock down to fix the hands?
He did say that it's a lot easier if it's laying on its back.
Is it ok to lay the clock on its back to get the hands in the right place
Yes, you can do this if it helps. It just means if you don't get it right, you have to pull it off the wall again to adjust the hands.
Tolong mister ,tutorial service bunyi kik kuk nya
Do you answer our questions?
I think that's the same clock I have
