    Well done Fred for getting the price of the seed down. The price was seriously an obstacle to some of us. However, I suggest that you produce the grass and sell it in bale to some of us who are urban or backyard livestock breeders with little or no land to plant the grass. Some farmers like myself buy grass daily in Accra. Meanwhile, we don't know the source of this grass and most often, the animals get diarrhea after consuming this grasses. Hope this suggestion will be considered.

    All very well and encouraging. Please review your part on planning to feed your cows because if you follow your calculation they will be starving. 30% of 300 kg would be 90 not 30 kg. For the rest I'll start looking into it

      Check your math brother, most websites say 2% of body weight so 300kg cow needs 6kg of hay, sahih?

    Yes the Brachiaria grass is exceptionally good it grows faster and it has more protein not only that it reduces the green house gas from the animal waste it is referred to as wonder grass that was taken away, they started planting it Kenya about nine years ago.
