All of our tracks contain rhythm guitar, but you can play your lap steel over them without any problems, what you should do is try to play in harmony with the rhythm guitar.
It is not authorized to use the tracks as backing tracks, exactly as we do here on the channel, because there would obviously be a conflict of utility. However, if you intend to record your solo using these tracks as a base and then post it, then there is no problem, you can use it.
