Btwin because its French company giving lifetime warranty and using high quality components.
Firefox is bought by Hero Cycles and Hero sales maximum cycles in India but the quality is not as good as Btwin.
I was fan of Firefox too but after Hero Bought it, its not that Good. Btwin never disappoints.

@@diveshrajdhar Yes, i found the cycle to be light and rides smooth. Its silent with no sounds from anywhere and found the v brakes strong. I really liked the finishing and paint job of the cycle, its very smooth. I think 95% of the cycle is painted or parts black coated for rust free operation.

Never buy a Hero cycle, I had a very bad experience, the VP of the company and the shopkeeper were threatening me because I asked my money back, 3rd grade components were installed, cycle couldnt even change gears. Went for Firefox but that too is now owned by Hero, so stay away.
May be some cycles are defective but overall Hero is having large variety and range of cycles.
Hope you may get better after sales service, however instead for asking the money back you ask them to restore the problem so that you can enjoy cycling instead of wasting energy with followup.
