    Thanks a million for this video. I use scarf hold a lot when rolling - just feels really natural for me. I think some of the points here will really help build on what I already go in kesa once we get back to rolling! All the best!

    Watching this again gives me PTSD. I tried to do it to my coach today, he magically finds a way out which is beyond me, sweeps me and Josh Barnett's me for the favor. I was so hurt.

    You can also hook their leg with the other arm and grab your thigh the same way to put even more pressure on the entire diaphragm
