Introducing Amazing Neurodiverse Musician Ashleigh Turley 🎷

Today we'd like to introduce you to one of the extraordinary young musicians who have beniftted from the #soundsofintent framework of musical development.
Ashleigh Turley (‪@ashleighturleymusic7593‬) has an exceptional talent for music. A multi-instrumentalist who plays music from many genres and in many styles, Ashleigh improvises much of her music and also composes arrangements for others and music for herself.
She was born without sight and is autistic and hearing impaired.
Here she plays the jazz standard 'I'm in the Mood for Love' on #saxophone, accompanied by her great friend, musical savant Derek Paravicini. Derek and Ashleigh have known each other for many years and often play together at concerts.
For both of them, music is a language that transcends all barriers.
