Rich ass tounament but coming from a Yugioh player that's about the price of a lowtier deck. Man! I hope power creep doesn't touch this game the way it has others.
Was a comp player back in 2019 for yugioh tcg. Unless you are a budget rouge deck player; you can own pretty much every single release for the entire year by paying the price of a single competitive yugioh deck! Surreal experience coming from card games over to comp spinny tops. Hope you also been enjoying the hobby!
Ohoho. Power creeps and whales doesn't secure you wins. Specially in the west where every player has 1 or 2 in their decks that counters meta. Imagine a deck that can counter rod easily, and more than capable to win to other decks, rogue or meta
Eh. It's this direction that changed how I see the game and why I dropped out. Rather get stuck in a game of Magic Commander than wait 30 minutes to not even play a single turn in Yu-Gi-Oh
@@IKnowAboutSapphireBlazebest thing is, once you spend your money you're left with something tangible you can actually enjoy out of context. Cards are too fragile and purpose made to have children play with them during off time.
Yeah and (I assume) it must be interesting if point deduction for illegal points was in effect so I'm curious if WR 9-60B really got much done or if there was a lot of one round lost and it was over already for them
such an informative video! thanks for this! I see people still stick with the ol'reliable rather than something new that I expected to see like Knight Mail. but yeah, it's a big tournament with high stakes!
Just got into beyblades this december! it looks like the 60 ratchets are mandatory if entering into the competitive scene. Are there ways or strats to counter the 60's?
Unfortunately rn, using 60 ratchets pretty much has no downside. Counters will start to exist later on, they just have to make the 50 or 40 ratchets like glass cannons so they clean up 60 heights but also aren't just unbeatable and don't just replace 60's role rn.
There are certain blades that work better at 70 height, such as Silver Wolf that uses its free spinning ring to deflect attack more effectively when taller and Tyranno Beat works well from others that I've heard for down smashing. But yeah, you can also use lower bits like Low Flat, Trans Point on its lower setting (maybe?) and the new Low Rush to get under a 60 height ratchet too.
@@elbeardo129 I have a list of them! And also all how much each one won lost and what kind of finish it was. So much data that I didn't get a chance to include haha. Let me know if anyone would be interested in seeing it in a future video!

This is just a friendly reminder that we don't live in a society that encourages fun. We live in a society that encourages winning. In a generation where aggressive combinations are aided by the stadium to create more high intensity matches, they sadly get overshadowed by the old "Slow and steady". But stamina types... are reliable... Humanity has separated fun and reliability.
My only complaint is maybe the deck not that diverse. If this continues then the game become repetitive like yugioh for me and i need to change hobby again
@@safruddinaly5822 I think things will get more diverse in 2025. We already have more counters to Wizard Rod and more that can out spin it at times. Fingers crossed we see a more varied list next year!
Just to add, Wizard Rod 9-60FB AND Wizard Rod 3-60B were used by 3 people each. Just too many Rods to keep track of 😅
That one Quake user on a Dranbuster is crazy!
QUAKE BUSTER WILL LIVE ON

Fair point. It's one of the main reasons I switched to Beyblade was the lower cost of entry. Fingers crossed it doesn't happen!

Knowing the most popular combos is nice, but something I'm curious about is which combos scored the most points?
Yeah and (I assume) it must be interesting if point deduction for illegal points was in effect so I'm curious if WR 9-60B really got much done or if there was a lot of one round lost and it was over already for them
Great video! I was trying to find the WBO page for the winning combos but couldn't seem to find it. Thanks for making this.

Good stuff!!🔥🔥🔥
Thanks mate!
did anyone try 3-85 on WizardRod Ball? I want to know if 85 height is good for stamina
@@_Abdulziz506 not at the tournament, nobody used any ratchet higher than 70 height
@ yeah😔 really thought SilverWolf would bring 80/85 height to use
Such accurate images!

use tall beys made for downsmash

Wait for 50 height and then realize the problem hasn't gone away
@@ChilaAuroraVT the problem will only go away if 50 height has lower burst res than normal I think, or bigger contact points.

🔥🔥🔥
Rod? No surprise 😂
Kinda funny how the blade released on March and until this day, that blade remain the best stamina blade
Yeah, TT probably wasn't expecting that, haha.
Did you change the thumbnail!?😅
There are 2 thumbnails for AB testing so UA-cam eventually uses the most successful one to show people!
I would love to get an AeroPegasus - if only the Beyblade X app is made available for the SEA region 😭
Did 5-60 fall off? Why is 3-60 preferred over 5-60? Also why use 9-60B when you can use 5-60B? Doesn’t 9-60 variants tilt a lot?
Burst resistance, based on my experience Wizard Rod 9-60B is the best that you can do, it can tank and doesn't really tilt as much
Actually, all 20 bladers on asia championship owned AP not by buying it, but was sponsored by Takara Tomy Japan
@@alphaslayer6977 oh really? Do you have a source for that?
Well bad news, it's not.
Takara Tomy only sponsored them with Barcelona FC collab Dranbuster and certainly no Aero Pegasus.
Not a single shark user, Sadge :(
I love shark as a blade, but it’s extremely hit or miss. If you don’t get a knock out or burst in the first few hits, it’s gonna be a stamina finish.
Damn bro, People don't like the gear flat 😂
