Thanks for sharing your review of recent mail. Always something to enjoy! And thanks for that reminder to never apologize for your work. I often find myself trying to please someone else, when the point is to see what I see, feel what I feel, and capture the photograph I intended to make.
Ugh! This makes me so excited to graduate and get started on my own zine-like project. It’s been something I’ve been wanting to do since I found your channel at the beginning of college 😭 but I finally found something I’d like to pursue and will finally have the time!
Oh wow what a great variety of work and images, Mr. Forbes this shows how your channel inspire many! All of the Zines are amazing but love "Scenes From The Bus" like you mentioned it shows how a mundane everyday thing can hide a jewel waiting to be discovered. And like you mentioned before, all of us have to be willing to constantly shoot and be okay with the fact that there will be many times we don't get that amazing shot but we have to keep on trying. I recently bought a point and shoot camera and I try to remember to bring it with me at all times. Can't wait for your announcement on Monday!
Great video Ted. Always enjoy your mail day videos. Great stuff. I’m amazed about how many interesting things people are doing and sharing with you. Kudos for this space!
Love the bus thing. Recently have been a bit lazy with photography due to long commute. I was thinking of a similar project and seeing this confirmed that it's worth doing !
Thank you for sharing these wonderful photographers artwork, it is true inspiration. Somehow UA-cam not inform me of your new vlog even I have bell to your channel active. Happy Easter, and let it print...🐣🐰🤗
The philosophy of your channel, I understand and appreciate, and it's great of your to share the work of other photographers. Maybe I'll send something one day, just for the process of getting it done.
Another good video Ted. I think it's great that you give us amateur photographers the opportunity to show our work. The best thing about this is that you can see that there are many good photographers, including those who work as "amateur". Look forward to your mail day every time. I'm curious what you will serve us on Monday. Greetings from the Netherlands, Toine
Very cool animal portrait book, Randal. Mark's Zine Fest looks creative. Fractured seems to show imagination. Scenes from a bus is a great idea. Vapo by Chris has a unique cover with great images. Keith's, Black and White Memories had a great shot of a bridge and street photography. I loved them all. I'm feeling inspired now
Thank you for sharing photos, and books, and useful knowledge. Last week I pickup a book on Danny Lyon title Message of the Future, very good. Love it..
The title, description and video content is exactly why I subscribed to you and admire you Ted. Keep smashing it with the vids, will always be following. Also, I started a photography channel because of ya, so thank you ;)
Hi Ted. I always enjoy the mail opening videos and was particularly taken with the zines from my fellow Essex resident. I'll have to check out his stuff. However, what's with the volume of the music? The TV nearly came off the shelf in-between the narrated bits.....! Keep up the great work and I'm really interested to hear what you've got to announce next week.
Just the mail aspect of running this channel must be overwhelming. Although I have not submitted anything I enjoy seeing work from other tog's . Thanks!
Wow that is really cool, amazing stuff. Kind of encourages me to make my own book instead of showing people them on a computer screen or a phone. It would be cool to show them a book instead.
Thanks Ted. While the animal portraits book looks great, I can't abide the confinement and trade of wild animals like those native to Africa. Giving that one a miss. Awesome work from all those zines!
I have seen many books or scenes that you had showed in your program. In some of them I love the quality of the scenes of books. I always like to try different companies. I was wondering if you might have the name of several companies to try. Each one might have their own preferences but I always like to try new things and new companies. This is not with the idea of publicity and which one is better but to have options, to try different places and experience their prints and paper.
Some very inspirational work out there! Have you had a chance to try out the new Ricoh GRiii? Would love your opinion on it, even though you loathe to review cameras!
I was up at Reunion Tower not long ago and if you haven't been in a while they have these interactive displays all along the geo-deck where you can look at the local landmarks and Randal Ford took every picture they use to showcase them! (this one was my favorite from the ones they use www.randalford.com/OVERVIEW-/24) Those photos were amazing and it's so cool to see his other works, I had no idea he was in Austin!
Thank you for your work in educating the photographers community! I am looking to start publishing some of my work through zines prints. Could you please recommend a few US online printers who offer online templates and high quality printing. Thank you.
No gear & lots of work to look at. My kind of video. Jumped on Ibarionex's book straight away. More of a podcast person these days. Monday. Hmm... The return of the "Artist Series"? [/hope]
Thanks for featuring my zine "Scenes From a Bus" Ted ! Totally honored :)
Great job Jim.
Sir, my hat off to you you sure invested many hours on it! Loved it, keep on shooting.
Inspiring idea. Great way to be creative with the everyday
I absolutely love your work!
You're work is really amazing and inspiring. Can't wait to see what you produce next. :-D
It's so nice of you to shout out to these unknown photographers. Good on you man!

Thanks for making us feel great about our photography. I have followed you for a while but have never left a comment. Your enthusiasm is contagious.

I love mail day. The assortment of zines you receive are amazing.
Go easy with the blade.
Always enjoy seeing what the community is up to, and stoked for the surprise! Happy Friday Ted! :)
I think the Artist series and this series are my favorite. All the works I've seen here are so amazing and inspiring.
I have just finished Ibarionex's book "Making Photographs". It's an amazing book, very well written, beautiful images the best so far.
Thank you for sharing your viewers' work.

Loved this batch. Good job all around to everyone featured.
I'm enjoying the zines. Retro, real. Thanks, man.
Love seeing all the 'zines - how about an episode about how to produce your own? Covering image selection to printing options...
second that!!

Randal Ford’s book seems splendid, I will certainly be following his work from hereon forward!
Hey Ted, thanks so much for the kind words, and showing my work, I'm glad you liked it! (and yes!, you're pronouncing my last name correctly) :-)
Another good video Ted.

Tremendous, that you are featuring the printed work of some very creative photographers.
Great video and a real inspiration to encourage viewers to take the step of getting their work into print
This might be the most consistently enjoyable and informative channel I've subscribed to. Thanks, Ted.
Loving the zines in this episode. Makes me want to make zines for trips with friends to give them to remember the events.
Zines! fantastic Great mailtime 👍 Great work 👌
That Animal Kingdom book is dynamite! #collab
Your channel is such an inspiration
I worry about you and that knife.
Damn, so many great zines! You really got me thinking about making one and sending it to you. Although shipping from Moscow would be really expensive.

Hey Paul thanks for the mention, waves from Colchester!
Hey Ted. Any chance you can do a quick vid on where/what companies you would recommend for printing a zine?
Hi fyi Ted kindly featured my zine in the episode and I used Blurb to print and distribute my worl
Just the mail aspect of running this channel must be overwhelming. Although I have not submitted anything I enjoy seeing work from other tog's . Thanks!
Love the Keith Tomlinson piece! He's from my home county!!
The Fractured zine is pretty cool!
Wow that is really cool, amazing stuff. Kind of encourages me to make my own book instead of showing people them on a computer screen or a phone. It would be cool to show them a book instead.
I love your show! It is the best out there, however I am missing a lot the photo assignments. Are they coming back?
Wow I've just released my own first zine but not sure it's up to the caliber of those! I'd love to send one to you nonetheless. Will do so!
Bro, never cut TOWARDS yourself... Your a reverse samurai waiting to happen..
Thanks mom.
Thanks Ted. While the animal portraits book looks great, I can't abide the confinement and trade of wild animals like those native to Africa. Giving that one a miss. Awesome work from all those zines!

Love mail time
TED NICE WORK
MAYBE I AM WARMING TO YOU. I LIKED THE VIDEO - IT SEEM NEUTRAL (unlike the earlier stuff you did pushing Sony)
Hey Ted, how does one go about making a zine?
I was up at Reunion Tower not long ago and if you haven't been in a while they have these interactive displays all along the geo-deck where you can look at the local landmarks and Randal Ford took every picture they use to showcase them! (this one was my favorite from the ones they use www.randalford.com/OVERVIEW-/24) Those photos were amazing and it's so cool to see his other works, I had no idea he was in Austin!
Great idea.... out the bus window.
Is The Artist Series still a thing?
Some people got RAW t-shirt, some got JPEG, since i'm heavy in the industry (not) i'll go by wearing a TIFF T-shirt. Deal with it!
*TIF
🤪😂
Watching people unbox with big knives like that always makes me nervous...
The question is; who is Caterana?
I'm going to mail you a knife sharpener. That was a lot of force to cut some tape, haha.
Thank you for your work in educating the photographers community! I am looking to start publishing some of my work through zines prints. Could you please recommend a few US online printers who offer online templates and high quality printing. Thank you.
Your surprise is your book is ready. That's my guess lol
u and that knife....LOL
Please edit when you're actually opening the boxes

I have to say the .jpg is such a funny Shirt. A just appose to the I shoot Raw branding. Funny as F!@#!!!
Would you like to review my book, I will send you a copy if you want
Well, Apologize if you tried to pass off a Photoshopped pic as an actual raw pic.
Or you took unsolicited voyeur pics
