My favorite dish from the Chinese restaurant is vegetable lomein with extra broccoli, green onions (scallions), & bean sprouts with a side of spring rolls, hold the mushrooms - that messes up a good spring roll because mushrooms are mushy. Spring rolls need that crunch!!!
