Man, it is a rough city. I was born in Washington DC, but i grew up in the suburbs of the DMV. I lived in Baltimore for 20 years. As an ex military person, my head is always on the look around. It is an uncomfortableness. A paranoia exists where i know anything can happen in an instant. I had an incident while driving Uber by Monument Street. I have not driven for UBER since. It’s a cold ol world it’s a cold old game oh mane smh in the city of Baltimore you learn how to survive and thrive. Yes we learned good and bad. But we had good people who cared about us. I remember that happening on monument. It’s sad because they shot them down and nobody understood until the following year when they raided safe streets. Nobody had to hurt this man. He lived a honorable life nobody had to shoot him. That’s what I’m talking about. People are just evil. This why people leave the city, it ain’t worth it. Your babies deserve to be protected and loved by everyone around them.
