I do characters to r15 becuase I like those character so if you want to do you can ask yourself what characters you like or if worth to r15 is Jiu Niangzi (Qu Niang) in 1.6
for follow-up attack and this team can combo each other, Isolde have debuff card decrease Critical def. & Reality def. so can make Jiu when she attack will take high dmg to enemies, also Isolde have a own buff and that attack is follow-up attack, so when start every single turn she will action and increase Eureka for 37, in the same time Jiu have a lot follow-up attack and a lot of dmg so can combo with 37 as well, about 37 she can be a Dps and she can support her team by her Ultimate too

i think it's for more follow-up attacks for 37, plus her burn mechanic damage is rlly good
