I have a blu ray that Mike is featured on performing with Hans Zimmer’s orchestra, really cool performances of all the most popular films he scored like Gladiatorz, Pirates of the Caribbean, Man of Steel - so great and powerful sounding with the combination of electric instruments and traditional orchestra
Funny how subjective music is, I didn't know "Morning View" was had in such high regard, for me the best Incubus is in "S.C.I.E.N.C.E". When it came out I put them on the same shelf as Mr Bungle, it was one of those bands that seem to come out of the womb fully formed, with incredible chops, great studio techniques, humour, punch, swagger... Later I bought "Make Yourself" short after it came out, I thought the songs were OK, but I was susprised by the more dry and sparse production... And then "Morning View" felt to me like Make Yourself pt. 2 and to be honest I lost interest... Of course that's only "my" Incubus, who am I to contradict its many fans, let alone Lizzo... :)

Morning View, back to front, exactly!!! That's how we enjoyed it back in the early 2000s
Not a gear guy??? C’mon! Dude has the biggest pedalboard going bar John Frusciante, has had many vintage jazzmasters and super rare masa combo amps.
