Schumann/Busoni, Abendlied for clarinet & string quartet (Lonquich, Kenney, Lee, Amory, Canellakis)

- Schumann wrote this Abendlied in 1848 for his children, so that they may play it, four-hands at the piano.
Thirty-two years later, a teenage Ferruccio Busoni arranged the piece for clarinet and strings, as a gift for his clarinetist father.
A pearl capturing the sweetly longing atmosphere of a fading day - composed by a father for his children, arranged by a son for his father. Happy birthday Robert Schumann...
Tommaso Lonquich, clarinet
Alexi Kenney, violin
Sean Lee, violin
Misha Amory, viola
Nick Canellakis, cello
Recorded live in Alice Tully Hall, New York.
Video produced by Ibis Productions, courtesy of the The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center.

Extremely Beautiful Tommaso!
I have a clarinet quintet myself, and I would love to play that piece as a encore for our next concert.
Do you know where I can get the scores?
