Since those food shipments are fresh food via air the prices in the interior provinces are about 40 percent higher for fresh meat and vegetables. The people in Mindanao do not have to constantly eat dried fish fingerling like they do in Cebu. I can live in Mindanao. I find the rest of the place to be unlivable.
