Depends on your needs! If you do art as a hobby I'd say you can go with the Air or the base iPad. Although today, those are extremely powerful devices too, even if you're a professional! If you plan on working and doing heavy tasks, then go with the Pro model (which also supports the new Apple Pencil functionalities)💜
