If you have trouble sleeping you should start waking up the same time every single day. (And take no naps during the day) I used to have the same problems as the ones you describe. So I started waking up 6 o'clock every single morning. The first few months I didn't sleep more than 2-4 hours per day, it was horrible. But now I'm 4 years into it and my sleep has never been better - knock on wood! Seriously, I fall asleep so fast, sleep all through the night and most days wake up feeling alert and fresh!
Going through a very tough time and watching you guys takes me out of that.It so nice to watch normal day to day things like shopping ,going for coffee etc and i hope to be able to do those things again.I pray for happiness and hope its out there.Thanks guys

Top tip for getting photos developed quicker; if you have an Asda near you, there should be a photo centre in it run by either Asda or a company called "photo-me" as I use to work for photo-me, and we use to be able to develop photos in 1 day :) just incase you needed it for next time :). Xxx

Can be as cheap as you make them... There are many flights for under 100pounds.. I did a weekend break for under 400pounds for two people. British Airways have a section on the website.. BA Holidays and again.. can be as cheap or expensive as you choose

Im super proud of passing my test the first time although I don't drive because the lessons/license/test itself is super expensive in germany (2500 euro in total). when you fail it gets more expensive
oh gosh in France it's expensive but not that much! it cost something like 1500€ for a lot of driving lessons, you can pay 900€ if you don't need that many lessons
I know insurance is expensive I have been paying for it since I passed my test at the age of 24 I'm now 51 and It doesn't not get any cheaper as you get older!!............But lets face it they can afford to pay it I work 40 hours a week as a chef I pay my morgage and bill's including insurance for the car and I'm possitive they pick up a hell of a lot more than me a month ............Yes you may say they can use their money the way they like you would be right but don't answer that they can't afford it did you look into how much the last holiday cost a day?? and they are going on another family one soon plus Amsterdam earlier this year I haven't been a way for five years so please don't make out to people on here that they can't afford some insurance for a car.
I think it was really silly to mess around in the uni like that, Sussex is my university where people pay a lot of money to be there and people work hard in those offices to run around and make so much noise like is immature and inconsiderate
