Bomsori is a unique musical talent. And pianist Hanna Holeksa certainly deserves a lot of respect, as she was very quickly able to see and appreciate the unique soul of Bomsori. It is very important. After all, any melody is always played not by a musical instrument, but by the soul of the artist.
At any of her competitions I have ever heard live or on youtube, she never played for the jury or for competition, she plays for music and for herself, regardless all possible errors caused by adventurous playing required by music making. She may not win the competition, but she always win a gift from music and love from her audience. she is not big in body size but huge in her trust and confidence in music and in her own honest interpretation of music. She is one of my very few favorite violin artists from the young generation.
Yes. You're right. You very accurately expressed the essence of Bomsori. Because her music comes from her extraordinary soul. Bomsori is a unique phenomenon. She is a rare and unexpected miracle.
@@bryanpareja1895 the fact that bomsori recorded 3 cds has nothing to do with her playing. Its simply because classical music is big in Korea rn and it sells. Veriko has much more depth anyway
Every time when I listen to this, I forget that it is a performance at the competition. She plays a real recital and is wonderful. Great musical phenomenon!
I have been following her for years. She just keeps getting better. She has always been wonderfully musical and with her now amazing technique she is simply the best. And so beautiful!
Violin: Bomsori Kim (Korea) Piano: Hanna Holeksa Ludwig Van Beethoven (1770-1827) 1. 1:00 - Sonata for Violin and Piano in G Major, Op. 30 No. 8 (1st Movement) Eugene Ysaÿe (1858-1931) 2. 6:02 - Sonata in D Minor, Op. 27 No. 3 “Ballade” (Solo Violin) Henryk Wieniawski (1835-1880) 3. 13:16 - Capriccio in F Minor, Op. 10 No. 7 “La Cadenza” (Solo Violin) Karol Szymanowski (1882-1937) 4. 18:15 - Myths Op. 30 No. 1 - The Fountain Of Arethusa (Violin and Piano) Henryk Wieniawski (1835-1880) 5. 24:15 - Polonaise in D Major, Op. 4 (Violin and Piano) Performed on October 12, 2016 🎵💜🎶💗🎵💜🎶💗🎵💜🎶💗🎵
Sometimes, before playing the violin, or in her pauses, Bomsori raises her gaze upward (to the sky). These moments are incredibly touching the soul. They are amazing. They open the soul of genius. Bomsori approaches to the sky for a moment. Her soul is already flying into the world of melody and into the sky. And she already communicates with the sky before she starts playing her magic violin for people ...
Already at the first stage of the Wieniawski Violin Competition, listeners noticed and appreciated this magical miracle of Bomsori. And already at that time, back in 2016, grateful audience applauded her encore.
I discovered and fell in love with Beethoven violin sonata no.8 and Ysaÿe sonata no.3 with this interpretation. Bomsori is SO wonderful. I love every motion (including facial expression) she and Hanna (the pianist) made here.
From the moment she plays the first few bars of Beethoven's 8th Sonata, you know she is different. The result that she only won the shared second prize is not fair, esp. you know how much she has achieved on stage later on. How could she got to loan that Guadagnini even for the first stage? The loaner must know she is good.
I also drew attention to the empty seats in the hall. I really hope that Bomsori's undoubted talent will take its unique place among famous musicians. Now I can’t imagine how empty the world would be without Bomsori.
To ciekawe.

Just Unbelievable !!! She is a Giant with the Violin. Remarkable ! I love her playing and FEELING!!!! Oh Girl you are Truly Gifted ! ❤
Bomsori the Princess of Poland!

She is not one of the best. She IS the best! Veriko Tchumburidze won this competition, but I give it to Bomsoro! Hands down. No question! She WROCKS!

My God, she is soooooo good. I could listen to her all day long, plus, she is a raving beauty!
What a marvelous subtleness and charm embodied in this amazing violinist !
She is so inspiring to me! I had met a virtuoso & I get lost listen to her, She has a magic to captivate her audience. Bomsori YOU ROCKS!!

Thanks for posting the video.
Extremely grateful for the opportunity to see Bomsori's performance!
She is definitely a genius.
Bomsori is the magic itself. I love Mone's playing , and I love Veriko's playing as well but I always end up listening to Bomsori for hours.,
So many wonderful violinists these days...our cup floweth over... We're spoiled, really.
The amazing abilities of these violinists is inspiring!
great playing.
Ysaye is6:00
Polonaise is 24:15
If I were sitting amongst the audience, I WOULD NOT be able to contain myself after the Ballade!
The ending of the Ballade is absolutely _electric_
Wonderful.violinist & PIANIST. Hanna Holeska. I'll remember that name.

I cried to the see there were empty seats. I’m glad this is on You Tube, but live music is so much better.

We will win easily if the Eli insisted her way without compromise!! Did it say also in some book to each according to his need??
Nice music with only piano and violin played by Bomsorri Kim. Then it can only be good. Listen and enjoy.
The Polonaise Brilliante magnificent.
Astounding liveliness, fire, and character in Bomsori's performance.
A MÚSICA INSTRUMENTAL É UMA MARAVILHOSA INSPIRAÇÃO ESPIRITUAL OKAY MY FRIENDS

ㅇreally almost pro!!!!
우위를 가리기 어려운 대회에서 순위를 결정한다는게 의미는 없을것 같네요.
I don’t think I could myself from clapping after ysaye 😂
Sehr süß, auch der Klang der Geige! 🎻👍👌😎

I WANNA HAVE HER BABY! Gadz! She is EXCELLENT! She should have won this competition. I bet the Russians interfered with the voting.
sigh
Bomsori is life but I think Veriko gave her a run for her money!
也許是韓國小妹妹。
她,該是小提琴世界一枚璀璨:瑰寶!!!
Bomsori is excellent, but Veriko won first prize rightly.
