Thanks for watching the video! Spondylolisthesis treatment 🧑🏻⚕️ can be effective
What if you have this and are getting constant sciatica from it compressing on the nerve? Is it still treatable or is surgery only option?
I have spondylitis L3 and L4 thank you for this is inspirational . I wasn’t surprised but I thought what can be done ?
I have the same thing L3 L4 with sciatica and severe scoliosis.
Please explain how walking or any repetitive motion will help a spondylolisthesis. How is it that the repetitive motion helps? In what way?
Thankyou for sharing. 🎉🥳🎊✨
So what’s the cure? Personally I’ve been dealing with this condition for several years and I’ve tried multiple forms of treatment but nothing seems to be a for sure cure. All the forms of treatment I’ve experienced only help with the pain but not the actual curing the condition it self.
Because it's uncurable unfortunately , you can only cure the pain and stop it from progressing
I have a grade 2 L5 Spondy: hiring a trainer (which we brought into our clinic cause he is the best rehab exercise specialist I've ever met.) I'll never forget what he told me. Think of weight training is your salary and cardio as your bonus. Meaning if you have spare time go for a walk but concentrate on weight training. I started at age 39 and I'm now 57. It took me about 11 years to get the sciatica and pain under control completely but within four months of training, the spondy a little back pain was gone. Add the rest of the years to rid the searing/burning L5 reaction, plus lifting massive heavy weights absolutely I solved my issue. I would have never believed it because I would have thought I could live such heavy weights. I'm 131lbs, and I can bench @100, squat 2x my body weight and outperform the fitness test with push-ups "for my age." I credit a knowledgeable trainer to feeling the best ever.
Also don't take your x-rays to a surgeon because they'll recommend Fusion immediately. I am 50% slipped and have stayed there since my ninth year in practice. I'm also a chiropractor in practice for 32 years
Him believing strongly enough will cure it

You could try getting Structural Integration work done if you have the money or can manage to get the money to do the program. It is a commitment of time, learning new ways to position your body & a new way of thinking. Certainly would be wise include it with a high quality Physical Therapist that specializes in rehabilitating those with conditions like Spondylolethesis. The combining of the right timing of the Structural Integration & PT would be important as well.
I'm actually a Lic. Massage Therapist of nearly 20 years & also have this condition. If I had enough financing I would do this & I know it would greatly slow down & improve the condition.
Dr.. I'm having L5 S1 anterolisthesis.. doctor said that surgery is the only solution.. Do we have any other option to cure this condition permanently.. please do reply Dr
I'm glad you asked. L5 S1 anterolisthesis is often the result of a very common postural imbalance that we seek to reverse in the program. It is usually treatable without surgery and I have personally overcome this condition. If you believe it is possible to improve posture, then it is possible to improve anterolisthesis!
How to improve posture and get cure Dr.. can you suggest me wat to do
I created Core Balance Training to guide people in your situation to improve the posture and stability of your lumbar spine. You can try it for free, and I'll guide you in a very effective spinal decompression technique. I recommend you watch this first www.corebalancetraining.com/masterclass

Hello I tried to take up your program but it's very costly as I am from India. So of you could do something about I would be grateful.
If you are from India, reach out to our amazing customer service team support@corebalancetraining.com and let them know your situation. They will work with you on price if you from India.
Can vertebra go back in place with Grade 1 25%?
That's a great question! There are many variables that may impact whether the vertebra can return to its proper position. However, we do have evidence that increasing the space between the vertebrae can potentially prevent further slippage and reduce wear and tear on the disc. Dr. Ryan has a grade 1-2 spondy and lives pain-free, so there is hope for the situation.
I'd also like to share a recent video where Dr. Ryan provides a visual representation of our program's impact. In this video, he showcases his MRI and X-Ray results before starting the program and an updated MRI and X-Ray of his spine now. In the video, you can clearly see the disc returning to its intended area. It's a great example of what our program and approach can achieve. You can watch it here: ua-cam.com/video/GfDkhpg0RGw/v-deo.html.
@@CoreBalance wowwww that's fantastic and encouraging. Avid tennis player here and was devastated to learn that news. Some of research says.on surgery can put vertebra back in place, while others say chiropractic manipulation
I am going to keep doing my PT exercises and hope and pray for the best possible outcome
Yes, pain free living sounds great to me.
Also read that traction can be considered. But, space makes a lot of sense to me. Appreciate the thoughtful response.
It's our pleasure! Thank you for sharing. It sounds like you're taking the proactive steps to heal your body! Keep up your efforts, and we are wishing you the best for a successful and pain-free journey ahead! 😊
Sir I have been recently diagnosed with spondylolisthesis l5-s1. When I sleep on my stomach it hurts. Can you tell what postures I should avoid. Can you make a video on how to manage sexual life after having spondylolisthesis.
