Of course it depends on which industry you're applying to. For administrative and finance, these won't be enough :/ You'll need a blazer, and shoes that are closed all around are much preferred
True! And oh I love my oxford shoes but now I wearing them for a "Teams" interview is totally pointless :(
It would great if you guys mention the type of job interview and sector you are going for. This outfit may be good for a retail job interview but NOT for a government job interview unless you want to be turned away day one.

It was summer when I interview I wore a skirt and a plad blouse I still walked with and made sure to wear my cardigan also like this oufit is too tight and the shoes not appropriate lol

I never say this because I've never found it to be true, but damn girl you look so much better with less makeup. You have such a natural beauty, I feel like this make style kinda covers it up. Not that my opinion is worth anything lol.

Just a constructive criticism:
This kind of makeup I think is too fancy for a job interview. It shouldn't be dramatic, it has to be light and subtle instead. Like wearing a skin-like foundation, with neutral coloured eyeshadow and a nude lipstick. Everything has to be kept as light as possible when it comes to makeup, bright and dark colours have to be avoided at all costs.
The outfit is right but the clothes are too tight for an interview. Unless you're applying for a Business Management job or one that requires you wear a suit on the regular, you only need a blazer or tailored cardigan. The jewelry is classic and understated. It is usually recommended not to wear more than one set of earrings, though. Those shoes are not appropriate for an interview at all, ever. The hairstyle looks perfect. Not sure why you needed that much makeup. Your skin was practically flawless to start. Putting on too much makeup is typically a risk. It could be hot where you're interviewing. Then you're dealing with sweat and cakey, melting makeup. Not a good look.
This makeup and outfit are just too extreme for interviews where I work. Need something more neutral and professional .

Outfit is too tight for an interview
Clothes too tight, heels too high and should be fully closed. Hair good, too much dark eyeshadow. Bottom half of outfit looks more like you're going to a club. Coming from someone who trains people how to interview. That outfit is suited for retail or even a bar tender, definitely NOT for office positions.
