Neuvillette's aoe is insane, arlecchino's raw dmg is insane. Here's the thing: Arlecchino's damage per hit is crazy but it slowly goes down over time where Neuvillette's is consistent (and aoe). It's hard to determine who's better because utility is at play here too.
Neuvillette is not only a dps but also a tank and a healer. Not to mention, he's good at both single target and especially aoe. And he's also a lot more comfy to use

Arlecchino has a higher dmg scaling but you gotta accept facts dude. Arlecchino is purely a single target dps. She can't handle multiple enemies scattered around like Neuvillette. Neuvillette can do both aoe and single target. And she also needs supports otherwise she'll die pretty quickly unlike Neuvillette who can continously heal himself. He also has interruption resistance at c1 which literally makes him a one man army Arlecchino has a higher dps but as a unit, Neuvillette is still better. No one got powercreeped here lol

Every other char in the game has their draw backs and flaws but neuvis kit is a little too close to perfection

It don’t matter that it’s more consistent if you can clear the abyss in seconds like me. I have her C6R1 (I’m a welken moon and battle pass buyer so I’m not a wale, I’ve never bought gen crystals) and I can clear the abyss in 15 seconds no problem. Like bruh, if you can hit 3 million damage and do 400k per normal attack for the first 3 hits, you don’t need damage consistency if everything is already dead before your damage decreases

Neuvillette. His damage does not decrease, his damage is consistent…his teams are very flexible, has very good ftp weapon options. He is self sustaining and not as squishy as Arlecchino. He can also be healed by teammates if needed. His kit is better…. For many reasons. Not just one reason. I have both Neuvillette and Arlecchino, both have their weapons. It is not only about 1 or 2 instances of damage. Arlecchino is very good, is she better the Alhaitham? I’m not sure yet. They may be tied for me right now…
As someone who used my part time job money for both c6 r5 arle and nuvi (would not recommend) I can say with experience that neuvillete is the top dawg or should I say dragon for a reason. And if your asking yes, I built both with almost a year of artifact grind and both of them are 3 crowned. Yes my arle is my biggest nuke dealing more than 4 million, but the crown for the best DPS goes to nuvi. Not only because of his dmg but his other things like how sustainable his dmg is, but also how he can instantly get up to 50%+ of his health when doing a CA, and his ability to target multiple enemies and blast the brains out of them with his hydro Kamehameha. If your saying my arle is just too weak keep in mind I maxed all her talents, got her artifact set, 120% cr and 260% CD. While my neuvillete has 10/10/10 , with his artifact set, 60% cr and 370% CD. Tbh I'm too lazy to grind for his talents these days

This is a terrible comparison. Next time, just run the whole Abyss twice on the same side with their best teams with the correct rotations, and then see the results.

Overall: Neuvillete is pretty easy to use, deals a consistent damage and aint a headache to play around with. Depends on what you like....I am already used to difficult gameplay after using childe for sometime so arle is better for me

I have both but DPS means dmg per second so it goes to nuvi since mine deals like 280k per second yes I'm a whale. But if your talking about nuke dmg then it's crown will got to arlechinno cuz after doing like 4m+ with her burst, I can already see floor 12 abyss enemies shaking. I'm no bias but if I want to fight a swarm and want to have fun I go with nuvi but when fighting against bosses I go with arle everything is just gone after 1 burst. And also can't forget about exploration, if I want to cover distance I go with arle but if I wanna go climb steep slopes nuvi CA let's u climb with no set backs.

that's impossible, my arlecchino is only c0r1 but she does 139k damage with the same team and full BOL and i did it in open world without food buffs. i think you did something wrong in your rotation.
Arle is still definitely viable even if you don’t have Zhong Li - but she would be more comfortable to play with (+ more damage) if you happen to have Zhong Li. Just Neuvillete + Furina is enough to destroy everything lol

Have them both c6 I would choose Neuvi for the top dps since he can sustain himself a lot better, flexible and literally AOE King. While Arle you have to watch out for her HP carefully but she is fun to play. Overall, just enjoy the game 🔥💦

This was a continuous run and it was unfortunate that Furina's ult wasn't ready until the last seconds (Neuv E would've finished Coppelia faster).

Arlecchino can be the 2nd Strongest or may be 3rd Strongest (in we include C6 Furina in tier list) But Neuvillette is Still the All Rounder the Best DPS in the entire Game.
And If we talked about pure DMG numbers then No one Can beat C6 Furina Plunge Vape.
She can do 2 Million DMG per plunge and 10 Million in one DPR.

Nice! But please don’t use my Neuvillete abyss run as the “standard” because my rotations are fairly messy. And as some other comments have mentioned, his current abyss team is not optimal.

I have both but DPS means dmg per second so it goes to nuvi since mine deals like 280k per second yes I'm a whale. But if your talking about nuke dmg then it's crown will got to arlechinno cuz after doing like 4m+ with her burst, I can already see floor 12 abyss enemies shaking. I'm no bias but if I want to fight a swarm and want to have fun I go with nuvi but when fighting against bosses I go with arle everything is just gone after 1 burst. And also can't forget about exploration, if I want to cover distance I go with arle but if I wanna go climb steep slopes nuvi CA let's u climb with no set backs.

that's impossible, my arlecchino is only c0r1 but she does 139k damage with the same team and full BOL and i did it in open world without food buffs. i think you did something wrong in your rotation.

Arle is still definitely viable even if you don’t have Zhong Li - but she would be more comfortable to play with (+ more damage) if you happen to have Zhong Li. Just Neuvillete + Furina is enough to destroy everything lol

Just to be fair because you have 2 resistance sherd + 1 buff beneth in arle team. Give him equal and rematch.
Have them both c6 I would choose Neuvi for the top dps since he can sustain himself a lot better, flexible and literally AOE King.
While Arle you have to watch out for her HP carefully but she is fun to play. Overall, just enjoy the game 🔥💦

I feel like neuvi is better in abyss cus he has better AOE but arle is better on the boss enemies but at the end of the day they are pretty close and they both are better in there own ways like neuvi is better in AOE and arle is better at single target
