Awesome rehouse, i love your enclosures, well thought out!
Thanks James, take a look at my newest upload, you'll see the atrichomatus wasnt liking the set-up haha :D
Smoothest rehouse ever!
I love phormictopus and really really wanting some soon! Tom Moran really got be into the genus and then yourself as well. The more I see them the more I want them 😊
Thanks Sioan, yeah was really smooth hehe.Yeah Tom really likes the Phormictopus genus as well :D
I love Phormictopus! I have 3 (green femur, auratus, dominican purple and getting an atrichomatus this week!) So beautiful and spunky. :)
Nice n easy! Thanks for sharing mate
Yeah, very easy. I had expected a bit more attitude haha
Smooth move Andrew
Thanks Allen :D
I enjoyed watching your video, thanks for sharing. You asked if any viewers had any Phormictopus species. i got a Phormictopus auratus and a cancerides juveniles a month ago. They're fascinating. I gave them both space to burrow and they've both made underground labyrinths with interconnecting tunnels. You never quite know from which tunnel they're going to spring from to attack their prey. Very cool. I like the look of your atrichromatus too. So calm?!
Hey Andy.. Nice neat haircut mate. Another really cool rehouse. Cool, calm collected. And what a well behaved T. Looks grey and solver in the video.
Have a good day mate.
Thanks buddy!yeah very well behaved, specially for a Phormictopus haha
Nice one Andy, loved this one!
Thanks bud!
Nice t and rehousing 👍
Thanks mate :D
Smooth rehouse.
Thanks :D
Nice, smooth rehouse. No idea how you do it but your ts are always so well behaved!
Thanks buddy
Cool looking tarantula mate :)
Thanks! really would advise anyone with a bit of experience to get one :D
Just got a atrichomatus juvenile , instant threat pose while i rehoused it to it's enclosure. 😊
Ha awesome! Sorry for the late reply. Just have had so much going on. Now I have to be at home I finally got time to catch up. Again apologies for the late reply!
There will be a new video soon!
Hi Sir Andrew, Good rehouse. :)
Hey Bonnie! thank you :D
Yes, the T is beautiful! Didn't show any defensive behaviors and it went great!
Thanks Toni! yeah bit surprised by that haha
Neat species. I may pick one up at some point in the future after I finish the brachy collection.
Thanks, yeah they really are! Oh Brachys are cool too!
No Andrew I don't have any of this species but I want and need them. Can I have yours??? Lmbo. She's so chill. I think one will be on my next order if I can find any. Great rehousing!!! Tyfs God bless you
Oh, really if you can find one add it! if you can't find a atrichomatus but they do have any other Phormictopus then go for it, I have 3 different species and like them all :D
@@ZahaMage I probably will on my next order.. 😍
Stunning T, don’t see how they’re so underrated 😍
Thank you! well that is because the common names they have, like the Phormictopus cancerides has the common name "Haitian Brown" and that makes people think they are just big brown spiders
We have one on the way!!! ❤
What a smooth rehouse. Beautiful T. Great rehousing vid!!
Thanks Rachelle!
Andrew, this T is gorgeous I don't have one but when the time comes for me to add to my collection I would consider this species. Growing up in Arizona and seeing the different shades of browns in the Aphonopelma chalcodes. Well it make me like this species as well. Great video and I'll keep looking for your next video. Take care Andrew.
@JPs Pet nation I will but I had to save for my Poecilotheria metallica I'm getting next month. Plus the enclosure and substrate. I'm going to try bio dude's Terra Aranea and the circular enclosure from the spidershop UK. Here in the states a female Poecilotheria metallica is around 395.00 US.
I love the chalcodes, they are so hard to come by here in Europe... :(
@@ZahaMage I can go see my brother in Arizona and catch some if I wanted to because they are everywhere in southern Arizona. It's just expensive to go from where I live now.
@@ibnsarachnids9175 now you are just trying to make me jealous 😂😂😂
No, haha. that is really cool!!
@@ZahaMage no I'm not and to be honest I don't even have one in my collection. Lol take care Andrew.
Ive recieved mine first p.atrichomatus today 😊
How are you finding your P. atrichromatus?
Justin Ellis
He/she is still small, but he looks awesome and Is doin well.
When I received him he looked very exhausted and he moved very strange and he couldn’t pick up any live meal. So I’ve cut up the mealworm for him in the beginning. But now after couple molts he is doin well. And he’s got attitude too.
I have a cancerides
Awesome! I love the 2 cancerides I have :D
