This is lovely (and, I might add . . . a bit less difficult and less time-consuming than yesterday's was). Thank you for your tutorials. I enjoy embellishing my tangled art tiles with watercolors. It is easier to achieve the variegation of colors with watercolors as opposed to using colored pencils (at least that is true for me). Anyway, these are fun. These tiles are to be a gift to my grown daughter (now turning age 57, who lives with me and is a great help to me) for Hanukka and Christmas both. The first day of Hanukkah coincides with Christmas Day. One is never too hold to look forward to the coming of Christmas. I am now 88 . . . so the excitement does build. I don't do much in the way of shopping. My gifts to others tend to comprise my various art making efforts. Anyway, I am sad to learn that your schedule is so hectic. I hope that your energy holds up as you face all of those various obligations. I appreciate your taking the time to do this teaching and to give us this inspiration.
Thank you for following along❣I'm so glad you are here. Watercolors are wonderful with Zentangle. Once in a while, I do a demo with watercolor pencils. Yes, Verdigogh is a bit challenging, but it is quite festive & seasonal. (The wreaths always seem to take longer.) I know your daughter will absolutely adore your beautiful tiles. I'm so honored to be a part of it through these videos. I have always felt that hand crafted gifts are the best. I'm a caregiver to elderly parents as well. Making these videos gives me the opportunity to connect with beautiful people like you worldwide. And I hope I can make a difference somehow. Happy Holidays to you and your daughter. ❤
@@TangledTimeArts Thank you for your thoughtful reply. Today, I will use a red colored pencil so as to get the shading the way that I wish it to be (lighter near the highlight spots and darker at the borders). Your instructions are very informative and helpful, which means that you are an excellent teacher. Thank you for that.
So pretty I can't wait to start it.
So cute, love it
Too cute... ty.
When I first saw this ZenTangle I thought ‘oh my!” Your guidance and step by step directions made it easier than I thought. Thank you.😊
