I was at Shishkabob Mediterranean Cuisine in Miami just the other day. New place that I tried. I had the falafel wrap too. Presentation was not good (paper plate, wrapped in paper and not aluminum foil). The falafel wrap actually tasted very good. I had no problem witht the wrap falling apart since I held it with both my hands. The wrap itself was actually soft and chewy. I enjoyed the texture. A new place that need to work out the small kinks. The place has potential.

Even though the wrap didn't work at least it tasted good. Nice atmosphere with the Mediterranean music playing.

Did you order extra cheese on that Falafel? LOL , I watched it on The Simpsons. I really want to try it. This is what I do on the weekend, walk around town and eat unknown food from different countries.
