Its always "prohibited" to film the screen. Its a watermark for what camera sees. And its illegal on ESC to publish recordings of that screen before the grand fiinal TV broadcast is over. After that, its allowed to publish everything from contest :D If you do so, your accreditation is removed and you are perma banned in EBU all productions.
