They actually are. No one has tripped so far. 😌
To check floors for leveling used a ball or marble . If it rolls , floor isn’t level .
Yes, sir! My personal drain test, is water or just an eye test (no marbles) for sanitation reasons. But I coordinate with the turnover team regarding this matter.
You didn’t check the wiring inside the circuit breaker box
That is a good point! But electricity is not live yet. I will check this out within the next 60 days and update you.
If you have volt meter , insert the prongs inside each outlet , to check proper wattage .
Don’t have wait to inspect proper wiring , if wires are touching or shorten , owners might have issues .
