Great video clear and they are called many names , there is many videos in multiple names so yeah... anyway I will try this tomorrow! Question, can I add humus 7ab with the hashweh?
Dear Madam, I am rather puzzeled on the Diameter size required, there are different sizes for beef which goes from 40 UP to 56, what is your advise for the average Diameter to be purchased. Mind you, for the Lamb casing, they start with 20/24 upt to 26; can you please advise. My thanks, and God Bless You
I’ve called them mumbar my whole life. I guess it depends on which village you’re from 😆 Either way they’re delicious. Great video, thanks for posting!
