I’m sorry, but I hope that dispatcher got fired after that. That’s an EMERGENCY line, not a regular degular call center. She talked to that woman like she was talking to an irrationally angry customer, yelling about a problem with her bill. I understand being jaded after working there for a while, but really?? Especially with the “how would I know, ma’am?” response, and stuff. Like, geez.
I promise you that did not happen I was a dispatcher for the fire department here and dispatchers actually the reason that people died because of them sending apparatus to the wrong address and what not and nothing ever happens nothing ever happens to those dispatchers ever
I remember getting into a car accident last October with my son who wasn't even 2 at the time. I was shaken up naturally and couldn't think straight trying to explain where I was. The dispatcher spoke to me like I was the worlds biggest moron! I couldn't believe my ears. I finally said "ya know.. I just got into an accident with my baby... if you don't like helping people at the most stressful times in their life you should find a new job" and I hung up. Thank god a state trooper was driving by and pulled over. Smh. I've heard other recording of dispatchers being nasty as hell too!!!
Yes but it’s in the best interest to calm the person down. Them being combative rather than cooperative hurts more than helps so it wasn’t her taking it personally it’s her literally saying it’s going to help more if you work with me rather than yell at me.
As someone who used to bar tend and try to diffuse tense situations, telling someone to calm down is often like throwing gasoline on a fire. Not sure why 911 operators do not know that.
Oh just not even knowing what happened yet I wanted to jump thru the phone back in time for her… I would have liked to had heard why it took that girl Tiffany two hours to call the mom or do anything when she was supposed to hang out there and get pills… users usually have a hard time waiting around to get high unless she got it elsewhere or was involved. Maybe the other girl Cousina did get along with Tiffany and just said that to confuse police and they were both there too.
The 911 operator reminds me of a case here in Australia....a woman was hiding from 2 men and called for help. She swore at the emergency operator (obviously because she was terrified). The operator hung up on her and did not send help. The men found her and killed her. I understand it's a hard job but it's like they forget they are often dealing with people in the worst moments of their lives
It is a very difficult job that has a high suicide rate from what I understand, at least in America. Obviously what you're talking about is awful and I hope the person was, at least, fired and, at best, doing time in jail for helping her get murdered. However, people fussing at the 911 operator for being rude, etc is wrong, imo. They are trained to remain detached and calm. Them getting upset just leads to the caller getting more upset.
I worked as a 911 dispatcher and got yelled at, but one cannot take it personal, or you well lose focus on the call! Very stressful, especially in a big city!
I’d be screaming at that 911 operator too. Shouldn’t they be trained to, I don’t know, treat people with some respect? Even if they can’t control what’s going on, they shouldn’t get pissy when someone’s children are literally dead in the basement of the house they’d JUST called the cops to. And it also amazes me how many operators tell people to “calm down.” That’s one thing you never say to someone in panic. I get so angry when I hear 911 operators act like this in these videos, and I hear them act like this often.
They behave in such manner because there’s no accountability for their lack of training and they’re not held accountable for anything. I watch the 911 show and most of them are just not suitable to be in these positions! No sympathy and empathy for someone in desperate need of help or assistance.
Right? The 911 operator lady had a bad tone and almost acted as if the mother was overreacting while seeing her son tied up unconscious. I would've broke the da** windows to get in the house. How sad of a story.
I can't imagine the pain of seeing your child tied up, laying unconscious, and being totally helpless to get to them...all while someone ignores your pleas for help.
What kind of shitty parent or person for that matter would pretend they're helpless in that situation and not at least try to break a window or something? You'd think parents who actually love their kids would put their life on the line to get to them by any means necessary... Obviously not because they're 'helpless' and all they can do is scream on the phone right? Hope you don't have kids.
I am 5 minutes in and already I am fuming. That 911 operator is so disgusting telling a mother whose son is unconscious in a basement to calm down and not yell. If she wanted a calm environment she should have been a librarian I hope she got fired.
That is their job to tell them to calm down, they actually have a protocol for several reasons. If they are not calm then they can not hear whats going on and what they are trying to say.
I find most of them are in these like they take their time ,, gets on my nerves like HELLO UR A 911 OPERATOR WAKE TF UP.. 💯💯😓💜💜🙏godbless all dat sees this xxxx
@@2007mjimpersonatorit’s not their fault that the police left her child dead without looking in the house they begged them too??? Or not their fault the 911 operator was a complete witch?? It’s ALL their fault that these panicked innocent parents were mistreated by police and 911
If you don't have a passion for helping people or can't manage to be compassionate then you don't need to be a 911 operator. You can be the last person someone ever talks to. The least you can do is be comforting & have some kind of understanding. Same goes for people who teach, deal with children, doctors, nurses, police etc... If you have no desire to love people and be the best human you can be to others then don't enter these fields.
I was an after hours dispatcher for an answering service. I worked alone, on graveyard shift, handling 6 lines all by myself. I handled accounts for doctors, dentists, veterinarians, nursing homes, EVERY funeral home on my side of the state, as well as the removal technicians for the ME's office for any unatrended deaths. To say it could get hectic is an understatement. I was just 24yrs old at the time, a punk rock girl in a Dogpatch hick town, trying to be a good single mom, but my professional standard at work was impeccable. NOTHING could have made me speak to a caller the way that brain dead dispatcher did!! When you're the first contact between someone on the line and the HELP they need, you do not *ever* take an attitude with them, and you *NEVER* tell them to calm down! I had to take a call from a woman who's horse got hit by a jeep. She was screaming incoherently, and I couldn't understand her at all. I maintained a low, clear, calm tone of voice, and asked her to slowly spell the name of the road they were on. She called me a moron, every name in the book (she was SO distraught) but I wasn't about to take it personally. I got her information out, and stayed on the line with her until the police came, even though I didn't have to. I had to keep putting her on hold to answer other calls, including one to the rendering truck thatvwas going to have to pick up her dead horse, it was so sad. I volunteered for the Suicide Prevention Hotline, maybe that training helped?
@@widowrumstrypze9705 & I applaud you for that. Being aware enough NOT to take it personal. Sometimes people are in a panic & a state of shock & have no clue of how they're behaving. & in a field like that you have to understand that this person is distraught, like you were aware. We need people like you, who understand. I consider myself a pretty grounded and emotionally stable guy but at the same time I've never had to call 911 to report a dying relative or any kind of shocking event of that nature. I'm a human though & I know how your emotions can completely overtake you. Im glad you responded because it was an inspiration.. So thank you.
Yes. 100% yes.. "I have a feeling you set up my son" ... Set-up indeed. You go there for a damn welfare check under suspicious circumstances - 2 times- and you fail to make contact with either person? Whether intended or not, you contributed to that. ..sometimes doing nothing is worse, and this is most definitely one of those times.
@Coogan yeah that's not the case...all good-I was gonna say and you must be a 9|| dispatcher .. But anyway, the video as a whole was just one big fat fail after another - and as a mom that was really hard to hear or imagine her pain- her horror in those HRS.. I do also feel (and ppl can get upset..that's their right) LE dropped the ball which had ripple effects, bad ones, and I feel stereotyping sparked those failures - those abandoned protocols- protocols that may or may not have saved 2 lives had they been followed. Guess we'll never know 🤷♀️
@Jay C. I'm disgusted too!The 911 operators are useless and apathetic! The poor mother was talking to a brick wall! How did cops not take them seriously.😎
The first time I tried weed I was in my 30’s - When asked why, I respond: *If you don’t do drugs and none of your friends do drugs …it’s pretty easy to avoid.* I understand why people do, but I’m thankful I never went down that path at a young age.
true but how do you force your kids to not be friends with certain people, kids usually rebel and do the opposite to what you say. All you can do is raise them in a good area (if you can afford it) and teach them empathy as much as you can.
I am a Nurse for 3 decades now and still love my job because the kindness and care you show helps healing or comfort a dying person! People who don't have that are wrong in this job, period! We all humans and have a bad day but don't show it to the vulnerable, that is part of being professional!
When I broke up with my abusive ex he started relentlessly stalking and harassing me. When he finally brutally attacked me and I was able to get away and call 911 the operator was also very rude. He was super annoyed that I was screaming and had a huge attitude. Like someone was *trying to kill me*. Who hires these people? The incompetence is astounding.
It’s crazy how little compassion these operators have! I got into a car accident (rear ended by an uninsured driver with a suspended license) and was reasonably upset and the dispatcher hung up on me! I’m so sorry you experienced that and I’m happy you got out of that situation
Are people here really this idiotic? You need exigent circumstances to enter a house without a warrant ! There was none here. You can’t just barge into anyones because of a mothers intuition
As a UK resident 🇬🇧 I find it absolutely unbelievable how 911 operators speak to people in crisis. Its awake and absolutely heartbreaking to listen to 💔
It's usually an entry level dispatcher position. Would help if schools or such taught basic level emergency response so people were familiar with what information is needed. 911 doesn't personally respond so they need basic information to determine who to contact, where to send them, and what they should expect.
So, from the 911 operator: like I said, we were just out there, and nothing was going on. Mom: so where are my son and his girlfriend? (The only two people who are supposed to be at the house.) Dispatcher: ma'am, how am I supposed to know that? Well, damn, three seconds ago you seemed to know that NOTHING was wrong, right? But now you don't know anything? Whoever that dispatcher is truly needs to be removed from that job. Her casual brush-off and rudeness to the woman were unacceptable.
Yeah that irritated me too. I’m trying to figure out why the cops would not make entry into the home when a child is reported missing and that was the last location they were seen.
I watch videos like this constantly and it angers me to no end the amount of 911 operators seem to be put out or worse speak as if they're aggravated by the callers needing help or their questioning of police findings about their loved ones. Its disgusting, get another job cuz you're in the wrong field
Yeah tht pissed me off as well. Whats crazy is this has been a new thing for about 10 years now. 911 operators hanging up on ppl and dismissing there claims. They need to vet ppl as of now!
@@bunnyrabbit936 wtf is mum? 🤣 like a mummy from a scary movie? It's MOM lol. Im dead af 🤣🤣🤣 why do some ppl change the way they spell a word just because it sounds like that when they say it? Lmao that's how i feel when i see ppl write Mum, like no... That's not even a real word to me. I remember there was this guy who moved here to California were i live and he had MUM tattooed on his neck, ppl at our high school made so much fun of him
This whole case is confusing me badly. But Tiffany chick she definitely knows more and was apart of it. She waited way too long to report them missing. I bet she was in there helping cover up evidence etc. Way too many inconsistencies with her stories. I do believe too they were looking for a big jackpot that was in that house.
That Alex chick has a kid, popping pills like candy and the whole time she was smiling laughing during the interrogation. From the interrogation you just can see how addicted and dirty they are. Pills, heroine, meth use and damaged brain all exposed here.
Maybe to pick someone up? It’s a pretty good alibi. If your the killer and know the victim was on the phone, are you going to take all that time to kill them that way? Something’s off.
I think why it’s so confusing is, there are so many shady characters involved. They’re all not that believable. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were all in on it.
It doesn't make sense to say "bro what are u doing" in an angry tone as if your upset someone is doing something then ask after "who are you". Like the first thing he'd say is who are you not what are you doing.
The dad ripping off the bags and finding them dead is literally soul crushing. 😢 I hope they sue because they shouldn’t have been the ones to find the bodies.
The cops were incompetent buffoons obviously. They went to location and didn't see any reason to enter the house? They were worried about covering their own asses, rather than saving the lives of the people inside.
The incompetency in this whole case is alarming! I'm sure there could be more arrests made, but not sure they ever will, because of all the ineptitude.
@@nealkelly9757will you show me the time stamp where its stated that the two deceased people here, tied bags around their own heads, tied each other’s hands, and decided to lay there and die? @@kd7100 The violent act is no way their fault. You’re claiming they have not accountability in this situation…they weren’t randomly selected there chief. They played the game of “fuck around and find out” with known dangerous criminals. It doesn’t justify murder, it’s not a case of “got what they deserved” it’s a tragic and horrible crime. The victims are not responsible for what happened but acting like they didn’t willingly place themselves in this situation you’re delusional. You think they were skipping down the street signing church hymns and were plucked out at random? Get the fuq outta here.
"You hang out with nice people, you get nice friends, you understand? You hang out with smart people, you get smart friends. You hang out with yo-yo people, you get yo-yo friends. You see, it’s simple mathematics." *Rocky Balboa*
I do have to say that what I like best about this true crime show is the fact that condolences and deepest sympathies are proffered to the victims and to their families that had to endure such devastation and grief for the loss of their loved ones. This is a very respectful and gratuitous way to begin a show that seeks the truth and tries to the very best of its ability to present us with the facts of the case.
It makes me feel sick listening to this idiotic 911 operator. Y’all heard it, I don’t need to reiterate her bad behavior. What I will say is that her actions make me feel violent! And I’m not violent. This poor mother being told essentially to control herself because it was upsetting to the operator. I can’t even. I hope this lady never has to endure something this horrific. Not to mention these people need to be liable for their actions on the phone calls.
They are truly horrible. There is a case here on youtube where a woman was abducted and she somehow managed to scrape for the phone and call 911 to report she was either in a car trunk, or in a dumpster I don't remember exactly, and the operator hung up on her because she decided it's a prank call. Unbelievable.
I had to pause after the 911 call back. The operator (who has the CAPACITY TO HELP) tells a distraught mother "don't yell at me". How do I find the words to expressed how angry and disregarded I feel for his mom! God, help his family because I feel like crying on my way to work as I listen to this. WHAT ON EARTH IS HIS MOMMA FEELING RIGHT NOW?!?
I came across a case where the victim calls 911 while being killed and this fkn dispatcher didn't take the poor woman call for HELP seriously. So the heffa finally sent police to the address but they only knocked a couple of times and left, only to be discovered by her mom dead in a tub of water that flooded the entire house smh. I mean you could actually hear her being strangle.
Sitting here watching this with my cousin who is a local Sheriff's Deputy & he made an excellent point. If we were required to obtain insurance you would see a lot less incidents of police negligence, brutality & over reach in cases. Think about it, doctors need malpractice insurance, your employer need workman's compensation insurance, drivers need auto insurance etc. And what do these mandatory insurances do? They keep you check. They force personal accountability for your actions & their direct effect on others. As officers we don't have that, not individually. If we f*ck up it typically doesn't come out of our pocket so as the old saying goes 'It's no skin off our nose'. What do we get? Paid leave. Now you tell me how accountable anyone is going to be for their own actions if the result of screwing up is a paid vacation. We get time to actually GO on vacation or do Jack sh*t. If those cops had insurance that would hold them accountable how do you think those 1st 2 911 calls would've been answered?"
Would it have made any difference though? If they got into the house an hour or two earlier? It sounds like those two were dead right after the thugs left, or probably died while they were still searching through the house?
Honestly this is exactly why we should start making some examples out of some of these worthless pieces of garbage. Forget insurance. I'm thinking we should go a little harder than that.
I thought that I was the only one. Hopefully that operator is no longer employed for the Sheriff's Department. It broke my heart to hear the hurt in the mother's voice.
I have a lot of respect for this channel. I haven’t seen too many other channels like this that consistently pay respects to the victims and their families. The fact that you made a decision to pay those respects and not just use these lives for content speaks volumes.
I used to be a dispatcher. I would never have spoken to ANYONE the way this one did. I always used the old expression that you get more flies with honey. Our job is to get information and diffuse a situation where the caller is frantic so that we can GET the information. I don't know if I'd fire this one, but more training and sensitivity training is definitely warranted here.
Mistakes are human. But police mistakes (or negiglence) from police can KILL and therefore are NOT acceptable. Shame at the entire police department of this town for being negligent. I am soooo angry right now!
If the people who are supposed to protect you fail to do so when crime is being committed right in front of them, I'd also be freaked out, even more than that!! The mom sounded composed, I would have sworn and wished so many awful things on the cops

"You need to calm down" Probably the most fucked up shit you can tell a mother in a situation like that. Especially the tone this dispatcher had on her. It already makes me as an outsider extremely angry... Can't imagine what the mother must've felt like.
Johnny was a good friend of mine for years, I met Lisa a few times and got along with her very well. What happened to them is very tragic and some people in the community still think the entire truth hasn’t been revealed.

The dad wasn't doing the cops job. You do realize that police cannot legally break into peoples homes just because they are asked too, right? The family seeing the bodies through the window is a complete lie. The police had their hands tied because of the law, which is why (as they were leaving) they told the dad to kick in the door himself to search.
@@jomontanee My claim doesn't match the real crime scene? 5:11 and I quote, "Before officers could arrive, Mr Clarke kicked in the front door." Have another piece of evidence to back up my "claim". 4:35 During the 911 call the mother states several times that she peeked through the window and saw them tied up in the basement and yet they were found to be in the kitchen on the first floor. Her stating they are in the basement once could be overlooked due to the situation, but several times? 4:25 They then change the story to Dad lifting the Mom's cousin up to peer through a slat in the windows. This whole group seems messed up and toxic. A bunch of young people dating, partying, using drugs, neglecting animals, fighting, having kids. Pick decent friends and stay away from drugs. It’s too dangerous. I hope all who were involved in killing them is brought to justice one day. Two young lives should not have ended.
That was my thought! Some "friends!" Stealing from each other... screwing each other over... robbing each other's houses... neglecting pets and kids... drugging and partying, and now killing. Nice crowd!
My thought exactly. Not that anyone deserved to be murdered, but the older I get, the less I sympathize for people who screw up their lives with STUPID decisions
As someone who used to run in crowds like that, they aren’t your “friends” at all. They’re you’re user “friends”, your party “friends”. Very, very few of them actually care about you.

I came here as tonight as the ID TV Channel had a TV show called “Calls from the Inside” about these murders. But very little background on all the couples so-called friends. But you guys covered the whole story. Very sad.
I don't know why someone so cold and indifferent would get work as a 911 operator. This is the worst moment's of some people's lives. They can get the facts quick while still being understanding and kind.
One of the best things about getting clean is getting away from some of the people you have to deal with. There's not one person in this case, including the victim, that didn't come off as seedy

@@tonikoder3353yeah, just hearing directly from the people involved in this case it sounds like a ghetto ass place with lots of drug activity, and violence. I didn’t know that Ohio suburbs were gangster like that, I guess every state has its shady areas.
they're absolutely useless and it only seems to get worse as the years go on. Standards are lower and it shows. I attempted to get help from law enforcement for items that were stolen from me worth well over $1,000 on 3 separate occasions and not only did nothing come from it, but they didn't even attempt to contact me about the matter, let alone attempt to investigate. Police are useless. They show up 15 minutes after you need them most, pretend to take notes, tell you "we'll be in contact with you soon" and then fuck off to sit in a parking lot and hand out tickets to law abiding citizens going 10 over.
Great detective. He’s a commanding presence but builds rapport and respect with all the suspects that gets them talking freely. Would love to see more of his work
*I hope that 911 operator lost her job. She has zero compassion. She should not be working in that type of industry. Where the hell is her care and concern for other people?!? How do you speak like that to a mother who is telling you her son is missing and then is telling you she can see him unconscious tied up in a basement. If I was that mother I'd be out for that operator's blood!!!*
How dare that 911 dispatcher tell her to calm down!! If she had just found her child tied up in a house and couldn't get to him, she wouldn't be calm either. So heartless! You should never become so numb to people that you can't show empathy to human beings. It's totally possible to be empathetic and professional!!
I can't imagine how she must have felt at that moment, being brushed off like that, as if she was overreacting to seeing her child through that window. Makes my skin crawl to even think of how afraid and panicked she must've been.
@@boondocksdragon8959 I know! It's so heartbreaking! If the mother and father were able to see inside enough to find them, then why couldn't the police? They really dropped the ball on that one. Horrible training all around!
Although the goal is to calm people down so they think clearer, can give better descriptions, and are more audible so they are able to get the correct information. Yelling at someone to calm down is not the way to do it.
Tiffany seems a little bit suspicious to me if she really did wait 2 hours and suggesting that from what she heard, Johnny knew the intruders which is the exact opposite of what Johnny's words suggested. If he knew who it was that was there, he wouldn't need to ask "who are you? What do you want?" Seems to me that perhaps these "friends" aren't very good ones. With friends like that, who needs enemies?
Y'all did a great job explaining this story. The best coverage I've seen about it. Thanks for all your hard work...we appreciate everyrhing y'all do 🤘🏻
I understand operators have a difficult job but I get so infuriated when I hear them act condescending to people who are going through the worst moments of their life! You can’t expect a mother to act calmly in that moment. Too many of the operators get jaded from the job it seems.
Lol every job basically is somewhat a difficult job tbh. If it does you well at least. She may have been relatively knew and as well not in good heart as well. But I agree they should be compassionate but they likely get thousands of calls and its hard but she called teams to help out so its really not her fault. She did what she was supposed to. I feel like people have hated on her partially because of the stupidity of the police investigating the premises.
Also a lot of the mothers though jn pain are simply impossible to hear and make out through the terror and trembling of their voice and speech in the moment so when they ask what exactly is happening they just want to hear clearly what is happening it can be taken as rude
@@nathankwanelecubimbuzi4786 I’m assuming that calm down from their words is literally to make out what the caller is actually saying. But in this case it’s a bit more wierd. Honestly that person likely got fired hard too.
There was that 911 operator that told the lady that was in her car and water was coming in..that it was her fault. That poor woman drowned!! That 911 operator was I think the only thing they did was re-trained her?? There is no training in the world for someone that has no compassion what so ever!!
The detective in this case was beyond awful. Jumped to conclusions too fast and his acting when he bluffed about the girl not being on camera was horrendous. He should be fired
The 911 operator disgusts me. I don't understand why they're allowed to get away with this. This reminds me of the woman who was caught in a flash flood and the 911 operator mocked her- she ended up drowning. Horrible. The operator was found to not have done anything wrong.
Agreed. And one of the worst of all time- the terrible/insane operator speaking to the case worker for the two little boys when their dad, Josh Powell, slammed the door in her place AND she could smell gas. They wouldn’t send authorities as it wasn’t an “emergency”. The case worker was hysterical. Shortly there after, the house exploded and turns out he killed the babies with an ax beforehand. While she was begging for assistance. Haunts me.
@@sarahwilliams620 I almost forgot about that one. I remember hearing that and it turned my stomach. I don’t understand how someone could be like that and keep living their lives, how do they sleep at night?!??
It's a little known story to the world but it would be cool if you would do a story on Joshua Lee Webb. Happened in a small Oregon town on mother's day a few years ago. I know the story because I'm from there, but beyond rumors I've never been able to learn more about what made him do what he did. My dad had just left that store minutes before he came in with his mother's head and stabbed the clerk. And I grew up going to that store seeing that clerk... anyways, would be cool if you ever found the time to do a story on that
I wouldn’t say it’s a little-known story at all. That psycho fuck killed his dog, decapitated his mother, & stabbed a grocery clerk because he’s a schizo. That’s it.
I have a feeling that Tiffany definitely knows more than she said. She knows something. I hope someone with “good heart” calls the police and tells something, because they didn’t get the “bad guys” in this story.

Yeah I am sure some cops really look over things shine lights in windows, walk around whole place and some well look at front then drive off. Hope lessons were learned!
This is by far one of the most crazy and one of the cases with the most twists and kinda “unanswered questions” that I’ve heard before and I watch a ton of these videos almost all day long tbh.
That mama's screams broke my heart! As a mother myself, I'd be screaming even harder and how dare you tell me to " calm down" when it comes to MY CHILD'S SAFETY?! if you're not a parent you can't possibly understand the intuition when it comes to your babies. You may never understand it..but what you do need to understand is that compassion moves mountains, and since you're in the industry of helping people, maybe give it a second thought?! Maybe you're not the best at what you do?! Just ignorant ...so sad..
I am a childfree person and I would be furious about that 911 operator. You don't have to be a parent to be furious about her behaviour and the situation that happened
The way the police and operator….. both had HUGE mistakes in a life or death situation. I hope those parents sued… not that any amount of settlement would begin to repay what they lost. My condolences to all of them. 💗
No, she wasn't. The dispatcher needs to understand what is said. You try to understand when someone is screaming in to your ear by phone. There us a reason why they ask people to calm down.
The girl Alex is involved and was actually there. When the friend was on the phone with Johnny and heard him say 3 times " Bro, what are you doing" he was saying it to Alex that was at the front door trying to push it open. Then, when Johnny says " Who the hell are you" is when the killer, the guy that Alex brought there to rob and kill them, came out from behind her. Then, the killer pointed a gun at Johnny and tied them both up. Putting the bags on their heads and wrapping duct tape around their necks was absolutely VICIOUS. This was someone that absolutely HATED these two people. Alex is bat shit crazy and you can tell by her unusual laughing like a damn psychopath. She has absolutely no sadness or concern for these two people. The laughing is absolutely CHILLING. She did it for drugs and money. She didn't take the Iraqi money, because it couldn't be spent without drawing attention. There is also a big problem with that cigarette butt that was planted at the scene. That cigarette was put out in an ashtray. If they had been standing there smoking it and were done, if they threw it there on the ground they would have either stepped on it to put it out which would have crushed the butt, or if they dropped it still lit it would have burned more and also left a burn mark on the ground. That cigarette butt was 100% planted and probably planted by Alex. Just look at the butt. It is as though someone took it from an ashtray and tossed it right there. The guy in jail is the killer as he knew about the forgien currency. Also, he may have already been sentenced and his goal was to then protect the girl he liked... Alex.
I’m only 14 minutes in but this Tiffany was talking about taking them pills while she’s pregnant! That also really makes me mad why do people knowingly put their baby at risk taking stuff like that I’m 5 years clean I know it can be hard to quit but u have to think of ur baby inside u when I found out I was pregnant 20 years ago I quit smoking and taking pills. So many women struggle to even conceive and then there’s people like this that just take it for granted 😢
If I had a feeling my family was in danger I wouldn't hesitate to break a window or a door and enter to see what's going on. I'm not blaming the family at all, but if you already called the police and they did nothing, more reason to just do something.
Yeah me too. Not blaming the family, they were under stress and trying to get police there which is what we’re all told to do. But I do wish someone would’ve just broken in at some point:(
That job is the main reason she shouldn’t have answered that way, rude. Not even at a grocery story you get people responding to you that way let alone a mother worried for her kid
I am from Toledo and that is most definitely the attitude you get when you call the police, this is why people don't call and handle things the wrong way. So sad but true.

If you’re going to take everything personal someone says to you during a frantic 911 call, don’t be a dispatcher.
I KNOW!!!! I HATEEEE SO MANY OF THE DISPATCHERS ON THESE! Lol.
NO COMPASSION OR PATIENCE
Yes but it’s in the best interest to calm the person down. Them being combative rather than cooperative hurts more than helps so it wasn’t her taking it personally it’s her literally saying it’s going to help more if you work with me rather than yell at me.
She sounded like a straight up B who has been at her job to long and she seemed bothered and annoyed.
@@bellagirl0409 I didn't say she didn't, her tone and the words she was speaking are two very different things
As someone who used to bar tend and try to diffuse tense situations, telling someone to calm down is often like throwing gasoline on a fire. Not sure why 911 operators do not know that.
Same here [bartender] you are so right
Seriously!! I’ve watched so many of these videos and I’ve never heard a dispatcher yell at the person like all pissy. Not okay at all.
Yea that’s the wrong person for the job when she thinks it’s ok to say that to a worried mother
Yeah I heard that and was taken a back by that comment from the operator. It’s her job you’d think she’d be better at diffusing situations…….smh
@@13lilsykos it’s panic and fight or flight. Far from just normal emotions.
That is like next level horror. Call the police and beg for help? "Sorry we are on lunch can you call back"
I worked as a 911 dispatcher and got yelled at, but one cannot take it personal, or you well lose focus on the call!
Very stressful, especially in a big city!
That’s awful.
When someone's completely panicked the last thing I need is an obtuse 911 operator making smartass remarks.
@@JesusofNazareth6666 what an ignorant response
They behave in such manner because there’s no accountability for their lack of training and they’re not held accountable for anything. I watch the 911 show and most of them are just not suitable to be in these positions! No sympathy and empathy for someone in desperate need of help or assistance.
Right? The 911 operator lady had a bad tone and almost acted as if the mother was overreacting while seeing her son tied up unconscious. I would've broke the da** windows to get in the house. How sad of a story.
god forbid that 911 operator to get tested with losing her child and expected to calm f...g down. god forbid.

I do also feel (and ppl can get upset..that's their right) LE dropped the ball which had ripple effects, bad ones, and I feel stereotyping sparked those failures - those abandoned protocols- protocols that may or may not have saved 2 lives had they been followed. This is why parents worry about their kids’ friends. The company you keep can either raise you up or bring you down.
The first time I tried weed I was in my 30’s - When asked why, I respond:
*If you don’t do drugs and none of your friends do drugs …it’s pretty easy to avoid.*
I understand why people do, but I’m thankful I never went down that path at a young age.
A teacher of mine said "Tell me who your friends are and I'll tell you the sought of person you are".
Truer words have never been spoken.
true but how do you force your kids to not be friends with certain people, kids usually rebel and do the opposite to what you say. All you can do is raise them in a good area (if you can afford it) and teach them empathy as much as you can.
And their friends parents could say the same thing about them.
I am a Nurse for 3 decades now and still love my job because the kindness and care you show helps healing or comfort a dying person! People who don't have that are wrong in this job, period! We all humans and have a bad day but don't show it to the vulnerable, that is part of being professional!

It's usually an entry level dispatcher position. Would help if schools or such taught basic level emergency response so people were familiar with what information is needed. 911 doesn't personally respond so they need basic information to determine who to contact, where to send them, and what they should expect.

@DeenaMarie my sentiments exactly. I'm not a violent person, had never been. Until hearing things like this, my immediate reaction is 🤬🤬🤬
I had to pause after the 911 call back. The operator (who has the CAPACITY TO HELP) tells a distraught mother "don't yell at me". How do I find the words to expressed how angry and disregarded I feel for his mom!

@Sage Nero yep! Our tax dollars are always hard at work for the good old government!

The Dad had to do the cops job, and so tragically had to be the one to find his sons body and rip the plastic bag off his head, and find out its too late to save them. The dad wasn't doing the cops job. You do realize that police cannot legally break into peoples homes just because they are asked too, right? The police had their hands tied because of the law, which is why (as they were leaving) they told the dad to kick in the door himself to search.
@@Roland_Deschain677 If the parents lied of peeking to the curtain how did they find the bodies? Your claim didn’t match the real crime scene

Her stating they are in the basement once could be overlooked due to the situation, but several times? 4:25 They then change the story to Dad lifting the Mom's cousin up to peer through a slat in the windows. So yes, I believe that since the cops couldn't legally enter the home they told the family to do it if they really believed something bad had happened and deal with the consequences if nothing had happened.

Also a lot of the mothers though jn pain are simply impossible to hear and make out through the terror and trembling of their voice and speech in the moment so when they ask what exactly is happening they just want to hear clearly what is happening it can be taken as rude
unfortunately when you are "calm Down" all the way they put you on the suspect list.
Hell yea that's not cool. That's why you shouldn't speak honestly without counsel
He's also a mouth breather 😂
He had nothing in his interrogative toolkit besides antagonistic/confrontational bluffing. No developing rapport, nothing.
The operator needs to find a new job, anything but taking emergency calls..
Whether you’re having a bad day or whatever the case is with that operator…. I hope she was either let go or back into training :) that’s all!
And I grew up going to that store seeing that clerk... anyways, would be cool if you ever found the time to do a story on that
ua-cam.com/video/08IuDHXeBj8/v-deo.html
I looked that up, and found this.
I wouldn’t say it’s a little-known story at all. That psycho fuck killed his dog, decapitated his mother, & stabbed a grocery clerk because he’s a schizo. That’s it.
@@tiffanymcintyre8375found what? Nothing? lol
@@dreesemo3323lol, right!
I have a feeling that Tiffany definitely knows more than she said. She knows something. I hope someone with “good heart” calls the police and tells something, because they didn’t get the “bad guys” in this story.
Pregnant and looking for "pills". Pure class.
Why didn’t the cops contact the Lisa’s parents and get permission to enter the house? Seems pretty simple, but hindsight is 20/20.
If they were on a cruise and already in the middle of the ocean you don’t receive cell service. I’ve noticed most welfare checks two or more attempts and I don’t know why So sad
Better to go in and be wrong then to wait till they are definitely dead!! A wellness check?
@@AlexAndra-iy5zu that is a good point
@@AlexAndra-iy5zu parents could have broken in. the charge would have been worth it if I saw my kid's car IN front of a house and I was warned my kid might have been robbed.
moral of the story is don't hang out with losers like these folks.
just discovered your channel. Immediately subscribed and followed for showing the respect for the victims. I love the true crime genre, but there is so much garbage out there that glorifies the murderers and uses awful crime scene photos as cheap shock entertainment. Thank you for humanizing these stories and bringing identities back to these victims
The police obviously didn’t look in the dang windows. How horrifying for the parents 😢
Yeah I am sure some cops really look over things shine lights in windows, walk around whole place and some well look at front then drive off. Hope lessons were learned!
@30:34 I really gotta kick out of that… “so who’s the Tony’s you knows?” Classic!
Fun Fact: The comment section is full of people talking about the 911 operator and nothing about the actual case.
This case is highly questionable. Dude is not a nice guy but I'm not convinced he is the right guy.
Cuz they might of been able to b saved if they did their jobs right
Bunch of karens
@@crystal480 They we’re already dead.
@@williamdougie6213 Right 😂
This is by far one of the most crazy and one of the cases with the most twists and kinda “unanswered questions” that I’ve heard before and I watch a ton of these videos almost all day long tbh.
I have add and keep on getting sidetracked-- what were the biggest questions still left open?
That mama's screams broke my heart! As a mother myself, I'd be screaming even harder and how dare you tell me to " calm down" when it comes to MY CHILD'S SAFETY?! if you're not a parent you can't possibly understand the intuition when it comes to your babies. You may never understand it..but what you do need to understand is that compassion moves mountains, and since you're in the industry of helping people, maybe give it a second thought?! Maybe you're not the best at what you do?! Just ignorant ...so sad..
Even if ur not a parent seeing a loves one like that come on
I am a childfree person and I would be furious about that 911 operator. You don't have to be a parent to be furious about her behaviour and the situation that happened
@@crystal480 agreed
I'm not a parent but I can certainly understand the pain a parent is feeling when it comes to their children being harmed.
The Operator would have heard me in the background. KIcking the door in. Giving them a reason to now come to the house.
The way the police and operator….. both had HUGE mistakes in a life or death situation. I hope those parents sued… not that any amount of settlement would begin to repay what they lost. My condolences to all of them. 💗
The mum was right for shouting at 911.
you deserve a like for spelling mum correct !
No, she wasn't. The dispatcher needs to understand what is said. You try to understand when someone is screaming in to your ear by phone.
There us a reason why they ask people to calm down.
@@principecaprincipeca2243 you're probably on the killers side also
@@randyg.7940 😅😅 Don't be an idiot.
Alex.
You may be right, but pretty much everyone involved in this case belongs in jail. Definitely think she was involved though
Pretty good speculation. All these ppl were fucked up on drugs and doing bad. Smh RIP to the hommie Johny
Yeah, absolute trash.
Because 87% of people are absolute trash. People are selfish and only care about themselves.

If I had a feeling my family was in danger I wouldn't hesitate to break a window or a door and enter to see what's going on. I'm not blaming the family at all, but if you already called the police and they did nothing, more reason to just do something.
Exactly..law enforcement was useless ( especially Beitch operater) just break in at that point, fuk it.
Yeah me too. Not blaming the family, they were under stress and trying to get police there which is what we’re all told to do. But I do wish someone would’ve just broken in at some point:(
The 911 dispatcher was pretty snarky to the poor mom. I know their jobs aren’t easy but that dispatcher showed now sympathy
That job is the main reason she shouldn’t have answered that way, rude. Not even at a grocery story you get people responding to you that way let alone a mother worried for her kid
Rofl @ mom. Americans are so thick.
I am from Toledo and that is most definitely the attitude you get when you call the police, this is why people don't call and handle things the wrong way. So sad but true.

I just wanted to shed some positivity due to the very interesting and disturbing stories you tell.
First I'm in love with your voice. It's sucks you into the story in seconds. These horrible stories need to be recognized. I think by doing that hopefully the victims can rest a little easier 🙏❤️
