Love this layout! I have now made 5 of these summer spin cards (the ones with the fruit and ice cream). Two work perfectly, One was a no go (my first), the other two work ok, but placement is off a bit. On one of the cards, you have to "help" it back into closed position. I think my major problem is the original mechanism--I am still a little "hit or miss" with this, and it often depends on the cardstock I am using for the mechanism. But thank you so much for this idea, your video, your wonderful instructions, your dies. I have had a great time playing with these, and maybe one day, I will be expert enough that all of mine will work properly. It's not you, it's me. I know this because I have this same trouble with other interactive cards with other company's dies. Every third one or so has a problem of some kind. When I make another of these (and I will), I am going to hold off on a lot of the decoration until I get the mechanism perfectly working. I am much better with the fairy / butterfly card. I made five of these, and all work pretty well. Again, I had to play around with different cardstocks for the spinner mechanism, but I am pleased with the results. You and your cards rock!
