Hope you had a good week. I’m seeing my doctor tomorrow. He knows about ADHD Autism and Anxiety. Sometimes he asked me about my mood he knows I had Autism. Sometimes I can be in the bad mood. I’m getting stressful about my work schedule sometimes
Do you have a fixed schedule? A lot of people with autism likes to have routines. But there are also people with autism who getting fast bored of doing the same thing. It might be useful to think about what you prefer and work from there out what kind of schedule you need.

Fun fact about split ends , if You dont cut them in time they wil split aaaaaalll the way up to Your roots and fall out of the follicle. That’s why regular haircuts are required
