Only heard this track for the first time a couple of weeks ago and had to stop the Car in tears. Searching for different versions and love this on the organ. Lovely. Really lovely. Thanks so much as gives me a break from all the banging tunes I write.
@@RobCharles1981 Thanks mate. Where do I find that. All I remember about the Organ is my Dad telling me stories about Jimmy Smith carrying his Hammond organ around in a old black hearse and he would get lost and stop at any bar and just play. Check out Plastic Dreams. Dance music track on the organ. Great tune.
So lucky to have the gift of hearing to be able to listen to this masterpiece, can't imagine not being able to enjoy such a treasure, to the organist thank you to Karl Jenkins A million thanks think you nailed it bless you, this has become my go to bit of music
Gifted and perfect wow envy your talent and skill well done thank you . I hope that when my time comes to leave this world this is the last piece of music i hear , i will die a happy man its very hard to convey the emotion this music holds
We must be greatful to Karl Jenkins for writing this outstanding piece of music but i think a huge thanks also to Rob Charles for his technical interpretation of this most wonderful piece of music stunning acoustics, amazing thanks
Thanks for that lovely version. I recently had to play this at a funeral and had to cobble it together quickly, not helped by not knowing Karl Jenkins’ music!
This was so moving........brought tears to my eyes! So well done, Rob! Thanks for all the time you spend on these videos. You bring so much joy to so many people!
Excellent sounds!!! The Conacher does have softer, sweet side to it! Thank you for using your time and talent to produce the fine videos you upload to YT...
Rob that was lovelly, a beautiful interpretation, I only heard it for the first time earlier this week and thoroughly enjoyed it, I would dearly love the music if possible. Regards Dave
As Jesus enters Jerusalem for the final time . . . (John 12:13; Psalm 118:26; Matthew 21:9; Luke 13:35; Mark 11:9-10). Blessed Blessed is He who comes in the Name of the Lord Blessed Blessed is He who comes in the Name of the Lord Hosana in the Highest Blessed Blessed is He who comes in the Name of the Lord. (See also: Isaiah 6:3 & Revelation 4:8). It is why we have such peace when we listen. It is sung to God eternally. God bless you Rob!
Many thanks Paul it is hard work to do these videos on the organ especially if you muck up take 2 ect but it's all worth the waiting gold here Ha Ha! :-)
RobCharles1981 Lovely interpretation of such a beautiful piece. The instrument your playing has incredible warmth and tonal color. If at all possible, could you perhaps send me the sheet music for this? I would love to do this as a communion meditation in worship some Sunday. Thanks again for sharing this performance!
This may be a one in a million request but if it were ever possible i would love to hear Pachelbel Cannon in D performed on the same organ ok fingers crossed, i would be interested to hear your interpretation of the works.
Great peace and great interpretation!! I like playing Jenkin on the organ on my own. You may help me with a reading problem: In bar three it says "Ch (2nd time: Gt)". Does 2nd time mean the repetition after the first time of bar or does it mean the 5th bar each time?
Another nice one Rob, I know what you mean about thumbs up and comments and all that. I often feel like Im wasting my time sometimes, I do enjoy making video's and I get a Buzz from it, but it is hard work, and time consuming, editing all those different clips together doesn't happen by itself. so when I see a thumbs up, I feel kind of chuffed, it then becomes more worthwhile lets say... I'll shut up now..haha I know what you mean though. :-)
Stupid YT has flagged Keith's comment as spam and won't let me reply! But I wanted to say... I second his comment... we don't often hear the conker in such a meditative mood :)
