It absolutely _is_ outdated. Horribly unoptimised, excessively bloated. You'd be better off grabbing some of the standalone mods that add each individual function. Hell, the Viva New Vegas modding guide (the single most stable guide ever) recommends avoiding PN and grabbing the side mods.
@@christopherbecerra1977 I used to say the same thing about Morrowind Graphics Overhaul, it's just a few patches and bug fixing and around an hour of messing with the installers settings, changed my life when I realized it's less hassle to follow an install guide rather than use something that conflicts with even itself without hours of work.

Ahhhh Project Nevada, a very essential mod for modded playthroughs.
From what I heard, Project Nevada is considered outdated jank, with better mode to take it's place.
There is a standalone cyberware mod.
