With an all new shape and philosophy toward pedaling the new offering is reaching out to a whole new demographic and it's sure to be a big hit amongst cyclists with broad flat feet or more natural shapes in warm temps. 3 years later and this is still the only road model available in this last. I wonder why they haven't introduced more models e.g. without the mesh toe box? Regardless I am going to try these 👍
Just about everything stated about these shoes has been absolute music to my ears. I hope other brands follow Lake's lead and start to produce shoes that are remotely healthy for one's foot and not just carbon-soled, pencil-shaped fashion statement.

Great review. I have ridiculously wide feet with spread out toes that are like flippers. I have opted for these over the CX238 wide

Bont has offered an "Asian Fit" last for a few years now which is for a wide, flat short foot. This looks like Lake's offering for that product market segment, given that Lake is quite popular in Asia. I think these will be a popular version in North America as well, in addition to the normal width version being a nice choice for indoor cycling. I wish they would put up the sizing information on their website.

Got these shoes a week ago… and I’m luvin’ it! It’s definitely an “investment” *cough, pricey, cough* haha These shoes helped me endure sprints and fast jogs (for indoor cycling). I luv that my toes are able to wiggle and breathe

Firstly, great to see you back. Is this just a road shoe or is an off road version available. My feet are as flat as a fart and my second toe is longer than my big toe and often get black nails. Hope these can help. Cheers.

Does anyone know how well these stay clean in poor conditions? In white
x.x even though I basicaly have no arch under load I have a tiny amount if there is zero weight on my foot. My feet are still on the thinner side even when flat so super wide shoes made for flat people don't really work
That knitted front part doesn’t look very practical for uk weather for 10 months of the year. + game changer? Bont has been doing the Cornish pasty shape for Evah!
